What a gem in downtown Muscatine. Within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The condo is clean and bright with all the amenities to make it your home for your stay. The views of the river are amazing and the sunrises are spectacular if you can get up that early. The host, Sally, had the place ready for us even before check in time and was prompt in answering all of our communications. Looking forward to our return visit.

Stunning!

This has to be the nicest/coolest place we've ever stayed! As soon as we walked in we felt underdressed it was so elegant looking. An absolute stunning view of the river from the balcony and plenty of space for everyone! And the restaurants downstairs are really good too!

Eagle watching and coin show

Property had everything we needed. Master bedroom and bath were great. Second bedroom small and second bath was only a half but for the two of us we had plenty of room. Restaurant and bar in building very nice. Lots of restaurants and bars close. Easy to walk to. View was great right on the river and a park right across the street.

Muscatine Downtown Condo

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at the Downtown Condo in Muscatine, Iowa, this past weekend. The condo was exactly as described- clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed.The location is ideal, with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River and easy walking access to great local restaurants, coffeehouses, and local bars. The location made exploring the area both convenient and enjoyable.Check-in was seamless, and Sally, the owner, was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay.I look forward to a return visit and another stay at this location and highly recommend this Muscatine Vrbo property to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

Downtown Delight

Delightful condo, close to waterfront and downtown shops and restaurants. Entertained guests and participated in Muscatine Tweed bicycle ride along the Mississippi on Saturday. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend.

Great option on the Muscatine River Front

Sarah's place worked out great for us. We were attending an event on the Riverfront and were able to walk over. We also had to do some cooking and had 3 of us in the very well stocked kitchen with plenty of room. It was actually enjoyable! The beds are super comfortable. The only caution i would have is if you're a country dweller like I am, you will hear the noise from the streets. Think of it as the trade off for bring close to good food and drink.

an absolutely beautiful condo!

This condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. the beds were very comfortable. the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. Parking and access was easy. I enjoyed the outside deck and view of the river. The ONLY thing that people need to be aware of is that there is a bar called Missipi Brewing Co across the street that has outdoor music. After a long day and evening we returned to the condo at midnight looking forward to a restful night but could not sleep til after 2:00 a.m. This was a huge disappointment for us and will definitely be a consideration for future visits to Muscatine. Other than the loud pounding bass and noisy patrons of the pub the condo itself was amazing. It's too bad that the noise was such a negative for us. That's the only reason for the 4 rating.

My name is Sally and my other half is Ron, we live in the beautiful use to be hotel over 100 years old, the same as where the condo is at on a different floor we own different parts of the building with someone and other parts ourselves in which the 3rd floor we own and decided to do the rental, one down and getting ready to start on another one across the hall. I also own in the lobby The Pearl Martini and Cocktail Bar and my husband owns a commercial roofing company. After staying at vacation rentals we was so excited to have the space an build one ourselves and its is such a beautiful location with most beautiful river views, hope everyone enjoys there stay we are so happy to have you

It is a old hotel over a 100 years old and now has a coffee/sandwich shop named Big Cats an my bar named The Pearl and a Italian Restaurant name Mama Mias, and offices and Condos, LOCATION is the Best
