Brand New to The Seaside Property Shoppe Luxury Rental Portfolio

Set alongside the pristine Gulf waters and just a short walk to Clearwater Beach you and your guests will love this luxurious home in the resort style Brightwater Blue community! Walk the promenade as dolphins swim nearby in the channel. Sit back and relax in the heated saltwater pool and spa or read a good book in one of the many lounge chairs! You will also find several dining tables and gas grills for your use. The pool area also includes a handy area to rinse off after the beach and several bathrooms.

As you enter the home you are greeted by a large indoor/outdoor entertaining area with 16 ft sliding glass doors that pocket back to reveal a beautiful patio nestled alongside the water. On the next level you will find the Great Room with yet another oversized balcony that offers sweeping views of the clearwater beach skyline! The living room has been tastefully appointed and flows into the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the necessary items to cook yourself a lowkey breakfast or have a chef come in to prepare you and all your guests a fabulous meal!

Sleeping arrangements:

Primary Suite-
Located on the 3rd floor, the primary bedroom features a King bed, large ensuite bathroom, a private balcony, spacious walk-in closet, and 48" TV. Kick back on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and enjoy the best views in the house from Sunrise to Sunset!

2nd Bedroom-
Located on the 3rd floor, the 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed, daybed (suitable for children), large closet, and 40" TV.

3rd bedroom-
Also located on the 3rd floor, the 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds, walk in closet, and 40" TV.

Downstairs Media/Bonus Room-with 70" TV
The Downstairs bonus room converts into a private sleeping area when utilizing the queen size sofa sleeper.

Neighborhood-
Walking distance to almost all Clearwater beach attractions and less than 3 blocks to the sparkling Gulf waters. Walk to Pier 60, marina, restaurants, shopping and all the other attractions!

Amenities-
Cable and Internet are included. Smart Tv's allow for easy streaming service. Other features include Washer and Dryer, 2 car garage, smart security system, and NEST control for AC.

Great vacation house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had great time for three families staying in the house. The location is great for beach dinners and shopping. The property manager is very friendly responsive. Also heated swimming pool is clean nice perfect for baby and kids.

Wonderful family vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay at Deja Blue. The property was as described, clean, well maintained, conveniently located - perfect for families. Checking in and out were easy with electronic keypads. We were six adults and one toddler. The pool was beautifully maintained as well. Beach was short three block walk with many restaurants, coffee shops, beach supply stores in between. (Caution, part of the walk has no sidewalks). A pleasant surprise was a garage stocked with many pool and beach toys, beach chairs, and a wagon to get it all there. Some events we enjoyed were a dolphin cruise with Fins Up Cruises - dinners at the Columbia in Sand Key and Palm Pavilion in Clearwater. Also, ice cream at Ice and Cream and pizza from Kings Pizza. Although I love my beach view normally on vacation, this property has a beautiful waterside view on a very nice street. We even saw dolphins in the inlet from the balcony. Minor inconveniences were a small hall bath for the two bedrooms upstairs and not enough trash bags, toilet paper and laundry detergent pods; but when we contacted the rental property for more they were quick to respond.

Great but not

Great location and enjoyable space. Some hidden fees which I am still trying to decipher, probably normal, just unknown.Really did not appreciate the workers painting on all of the decks/balconies durind 2 of the 4 days of my stay. It became confrontational when i planned to have breakfast outside on the deck and painters thought they had priority over my paid stay.Awsome coming out of the shower at 9am am and have workers on my walk out balcony (thank god it wasnt my wife). Apparently it was the fault of the HOA; apparently they dont care about paying customers, they had "planned maintenance." Renter beware!Loved co breakf2bbreakfastduring my stat

Great Place for Extended Family!

Our family of 8 stayed here right after Christmas for a week and it was a perfect place for us. Everything was in good working order, and it was very clean upon arrival. Check in and check out was seamless: very easy to access as we were sent the door code ahead of time and when we departed, we had a binder with easy instructions on what to do before we left. We flew in so we were able to rent a golf cart and keep it in the garage which helped so much because traffic was heavy the whole week we were there. I would highly recommend this location.

Family vacation

Very nice place. Close to every thing. No grill located on n the resident but located at the pool. The internet was spotty and the tv in the master did not work. However the layout of the living space worked well for us. Took us a few minutes to locate The towels, washcloth these were located in the bedroom closet. A welcome letter with some specifics would be nice. Lower level tiles were very slick we had one of the adults fall and 3 of the children slipped on the floor outside. Caution should be noted.

Serene views

Beautifully designed property with fantastic views. Very comfortable and clean. Great design. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was so nice and we were the only people there most of the time. Incredible view of sunrise on the balcony. Three blocks walk to the beach and restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for a family.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was perfect and everything we expected. Host was readily available when needed. Be advised that if you are renting a suburban or other similar sized vehicle that garage space will be tight and you will only be able to fit 1 vehicle in the garage. 2 smaller vehicles would be no issue. Neighbors were quiet and we almost always had the pool all to ourselves!

Relaxing Beach Rental

We loved the vacation home! It was very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was beautiful and stocked for our needs. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within walking distance.
