The Space - ¡Bienvenido a casa! Our home was originally built in 1913 and updated in the late 2000’s. The original wood floors give the home an eclectic charm while updates appliances and furnishings provide all the comforts of modern day. With three spacious bedrooms the whole family can be easily accommodated!

This one story home has a great semi-open floor plan to help maximize space for our guests. Enjoy the living area with a flatscreen television, Apple TV and design, travel and photography books.
The kitchen is the perfect place to gather with family and friends—plenty of seating for all!

Avoid the hassle for looking for parking before the big game or concerts at Mile High Stadium! The home is just a short 10 minute walk to the stadium, and there are plenty of great tailgating spots along the way. Get in the spirit with orange and blue just like the locals do!

Visit Paco Sánchez Park just steps across the street from the home. It’s the perfect place to connect with nature or enjoy some friendly frisbee golf competition. After a long day in the city experience Colorado’s beauty from the front porch or back deck located just off of the master ensuite!

Access to the house is with a keyless smart lock providing you with freedom to check in when it's more convenient for you! We will provide you with a lock code. You'll have full access to the property including the backyard!
Other things to note
- Please no smoking in the house. If you go outside for a smoke please collect any cigarette butts and dispose them. Thank you!

- We realize that your trip to Colorado might be celebratory but please no parties or events in the house.

- We are certainly ok with you enjoying yourself, but please be cognizant of neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. No outside noise after 11 pm.

- Soft linens, clean towels, soaps, dish-ware, kitchen utensils, dish soap, paper towels among other things to make your stay amazing will be provided for you!
