We invite you to Sapphire #801! This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom, oceanfront condo features elegant furnishings and decor. It has a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open concept dining area and a spacious living room overlooking the island and the vibrant Gulf of Mexico! Your Master bedroom offers a very comfortable place for rest and relaxation, equipped with a King bed, flat screen TV and private Master bathroom. Enjoy the large jetted bathtub or the spacious walk-in shower, plus a large vanity and vanity mirror providing ample space for getting ready for a morning around town or a night out! Guests have a choice between two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom equipped with two Full size beds and the second with a twin bed and flat screen TV. There is also an extra space with another twin bed to accommodate 8 guests.

Sapphire #801 also features a private, ocean front balcony where you and your guests can enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful Gulf, plus a second balcony equipped with a BBQ grill and great views of the Laguna Madre Bay!

Amenities and Vacation Essentials Provided

Every stay at Sapphire #801 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time. Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.
