Begin your South Padre Island vacation at the popular Inverness Condominiums! Amazing Beachfront Views! Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is truly beachfront! You will enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the beach and ocean from our 10th floor condo. Guests will love sitting on the huge balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico and taking in the ocean breeze! Inverness #1005 is well decorated with tropical decor and coastal vibes! The living area overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and is a great spot to relax and hangout with family and friends. Guests will enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen which has all the pots, pans and cooking utensils needed to make that perfect meal. The dining area is located next to the kitchen and entails a nice table which seats four (4) people. Inverness #1005 is the ideal retreat to enjoy South Padre Island's beautiful beaches!

Guest will rest easy in the spacious master bedroom which features a comfy King bed and flat screen tv. The guest bedroom entails one queen size bed and a sofa bed is located in the living area to sleep all six (6) guests comfortably. The guest bedroom also has a flat screen tv. The balcony for this condo is huge and is an amazing spot to take in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The famous South Padre Island sunsets can easily be seen by walking out the front door where you can see bayviews of the Laguna Madre Bay! A sparkling swimming pool with large sundeck and an adults only hot tub lounge, all elevated three stories above ground level, allows you to take in spectacular ocean views while you bask in the South Padre Island sun. Our condo complex has a private beach access for all guests to use.

Fantastic! Highly recommend!

The condo was, as always, fantastic. The condo was clean, the beds were nice, and the view was phenomenal. The improvements with the public beach access next to the building made things even better! The check-in process with SPI Rentals was great as well. Highly recommend!

Anniversary trip

This condo was exceptionally nice and updated. The beds were comfortable and quality lines were provided. Unit was very clean. Travel sized shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap were provided. We especially enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise.

Amazing condo and views

Amazing condo with an amazing view. Easy and convenient access to a great beach. The only complaint was that on the third day of our stay the elevator broke down. This wouldn't be a huge issue, except we were staying on the 10th floor. It was only out for a few hours, but it sounds like this could be a frequent occurrence.

condo

It was a beautiful place. very clean and neat, great ocean views. The negatives are there were no amenities in the condo, wasn't prepared for that. had to go to the store before I could make coffee in the morning. very small rooms. over priced for the size. but great people at the SPI rentals office. the lady at the entrance of the condo was out somewhere when we arrived so had to wait a bit till she showed up. the garage is to low to park an SUV in so had to park on the street. I would not stay at this place again. but it might be fine for many others. I have stayed in many of the condos on the Island and this was the smallest I have ever seen.

Great beach getaway

Nice place with a good location. Condo was updated, clean, and just like the pictures online. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent from SPI again.

We loved condo, but it needs darker curtains. It’s impossible to watch TV with the sunlight streaming in and white walls reflecting on TV screen.

Great condo!

It goes without saying that the view in this condo is fantastic. Everything was super clean and updated. Can't wait for the new walkway and shower to the beach to be finished. Will definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach condo, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach with stunning ocean views. The condo itself is immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Great Time

We had a wonderful time at SPI. The unit was clean and well cared for. Our only negatived it the building itself. though the unit was great, the building needs some TLC. poor lighting in the parking facility combined with the entry from the beach not locking could be an assault just waiting to happen. only 1 elevator working and a bit run down. pool area was great and people were friendly. The unit could use a guide in it to explain the building--what floor has laundry, pool rules/hours etc. Overall is was a great stay and, again, the unit was wonderful.

A beautiful condominium with coastal decor, all the amenities, fully stocked kitchen, and the most amazing balcony view of the ocean! There is no better way to start your day than sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean waves!

Inverness 1005

The condo was fine. Nice updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms have comfy beds. Top notch balcony view and easy beach access. The Inverness building as a whole is in need of some updates and upgrades. The pool was closed multiple days for some reason that was unexplained to the guests. 1 of the 2 elevators did not work for part of our visit. Lastly, the unit does not have a washer and dryer, so you have to take the elevator down to the third floor to use the laundry appliances. The folks at SPIRentals were nice enough but dropped the ball on adjusting our arrival date even though when we spoke on the phone, they told me they would adjust the check in day. Overall, we had a great time in South Padre but will probably go in a different direction when booking our next trip.

The unit rented was nicely updated but it had a constant smell that we couldn't get rid of. As soon as you walked in the door the smell hit you. We had to buy air fresheners to help mask the smell. Otherwise it was a nice experience.

Beautiful restful stay

The condo was clean and well stocked. The view was wonderful. The beds are top notch. The cable connection is a bit fussy but managable. There are coin operated washer and dryer on the 5th floor. Other floors were out of order. If secure parking is important, this is not the property for you. There is open access to the first parking level from the beach, and the gate to the second level of parking was stuck open for the entire stay.

Padre Fun

We had a great time at this condo. It is very clean and updated. Easy to find. Parking is off street, under the condo, with elevators. The view off of the larger balcony is amazing at all times of the day, especially sunrise !! Great place to have morning coffee. Walking on the beach here is awesome too. I would recommend the condo for 4 people or 5 if someone wants to sleep on the living room sofa. Padre is fun. Some great restaurants & bars on the water. Not as busy & crazy as somewhere like Key West. We went at Christmas time.
