Beautifully situated in the trees and very peaceful. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the fire pit and game room. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our time at Tim's Ford, staying at Lakin' It Easy. We had 2 kids, 10 and under, as well as 9 adults in this house. The owners really thought of everything! The kitchen has everything you could need! The kids enjoyed the space and the games in the basement. Having access to a dock from the house was very convenient. We will come back for sure!

Holiday Family Reunion

The house was perfect! It accommodated our entire family so well. Perfectly equipped with everything that we possibly needed. Our children loved all of the options they had with the choices of games available. The family said it was one of their favorite places that we had held our family reunion!

Fantastic!

This is my family’s first time to not have Christmas together so we decided this would be our Christmas. We were delighted to find it decorated! The amenities, from a fully stocked kitchen to ping pong, pool, and ski ball, kept our multigenerational group entertained all weekend. Even better, there was enough room to get away from each other when needed!

Great stay!

Wonderful property! Great communication with the owner. Loved the area. The large deck area (both upper & lower level) has great seating space for outdoor use and the outdoor fire pit was great to gather around also. We used the kayak on the lake, and it was awesome to have the dock off the steps from the deck. The indoor space was excellent for our large group. It has beautiful furniture and decor, and the kitchen was amazing! With all the bedrooms and their respective bathrooms, it was a perfect fit for our group. We look forward to returning!

We loved Steve's house at Tim's Ford Lake. The home is spacious, very comfortable and well appointed, and very clean. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, each with an en suite bathroom. Two have balconies overlooking the lake. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. The upstairs and downstairs have separate climate control so the upstairs is able to stay cool. The first floor has another bedroom with its own bathroom in the hall, a very large, soft and comfortable couch and very large kitchen. We used the grill on the adjacent deck and dined at the big table outside, overlooking the lake. The downstairs has a bunk room and another bathroom. It also has a pool table, skee ball and another refrigerator and bar area. It is really easy to walk directly from the basement to the steps leading down to the private dock. We rented a boat from Tim's Ford marina and pulled it right up to the dock to load all of our supplies for the day. We were also able to come back easily to the house to check on the dogs and pick up anything we needed. This house is perfect for a large group of adults, multiple families and/or lots of kids. The owner, Steve is so easy to communicate with and also very thoughtful and kind. We will absolutely rent this house again next summer! Thanks Steve :)

Great escape to the lake

Our family had so much fun staying at Lakins’ It Easy lake house on Tim’s Ford Lake. There is plenty of room to spread out and lot of fun activities!

Family memories

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. Absolutely perfect!! We had our 4 adult daughters, 2 son-in-laws and 3 grandchildren in this amazing home. The layout of the house was perfect for us. Every adult had their own room and bathroom and the kids had the bunk room in the basement. Kitchen was well appointed and didn’t really need to bring anything extra with us. Communication with Steve was excellent and we were quite comfortable the entire stay. We were even able to pull our boat right up to the private dock for easy access to the lake. Definitely made some wonderful memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazing Experience

This was a very well appointed house - lots of room - lots of bedrooms and bathrooms made it a great fit for our family. All four upstairs bedrooms had an ensuite - very nice. A lot of outdoor space to enjoy the lake and nature views. Host was very responsive! Highly recommend.

Amazing house has it all

We had a large group of 3 families and had plenty of room. Lots of activities to do as well as the lake access. We were able to dock two boats and a jet ski with no problem and the fishing was good in the cove. Steve was very responsive to any questions we had. Great stay.

Wonderful Christmas Holiday

This home was perfect for accommodating our family for Christmas. There was plenty of space in the living areas, and a very large kitchen. All bedrooms had their own bathroom. The home was very convenient to town, we had an excellent lunch at Filo’s in downtown Winchester. Look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful home and so much room.

The property had everything we needed, and more. The kids loved the ping pong table and feeding the fish from the the dock. We visited the state park twice, hiking some trails and playing at the playground. We rented a pontoon boat for the afternoon and the lake is beautiful. The kitchen has endless cabinets and even a crockpot and blender. Everything looks brand new and the TV's were extremely nice! We plan to rent again.
