Welcome to the Stubborn German House of Bourbon, situated in the heart of the BOURBON TRAIL! This house is perfect for GROUPS enjoying the Bourbon Trail. Each room has a different distillery theme, there’s plenty of beds (sleeps 8 with 6 beds, plus a futon), and an awesome backyard complete with covered pavilion, swings, and a firepit, which is the perfect place to unwind after touring distilleries.
The space
3 bedroom home with 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 bathroom on the main level, and one giant bedroom with 4 twin beds and 1 oversized bathroom on the second level. Each bedroom has a piece of furniture to lay your suitcase on and has comfortable and brand new beds and pillows. The bourbon themed rooms and furniture creates the perfect setting for your Bourbon Trail adventure.

Outside, there is plenty of space to spread out after a day of bourbon tours on the covered pavilion or at the swings around the gas firepit. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening pour of bourbon! House has a propane BBQ grill ready for your use, too.

Enjoy a spacious, bourbon themed living room with a Smart TV that you can stream content on via your own Netflix/Prime/YouTube TV accounts. The comfortable couch in living room also folds into a futon bed if needed for a 9th guest. House has Hi Speed WiFi.

House features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven/stove, microwave, cookware, and utensils. K-cups, ground coffee, and creamers provided.

Newly remodeled bathrooms with new linens and body wash and shampoo are provided.

Enclosed back porch is perfect to sit and start the morning out, and features an additional refrigerator for extra cold storage.

This newly renovated home has easy access to Lawrenceburg Main Street, which offers restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and more. It's also close to stores like Walmart if you need something. The town of Lawrenceburg is the perfect location to stay while touring distilleries; it’s in between Louisville and Lexington. If you plan to tour distilleries, please book your tours in advance (p.s. we can help you with recommendations on tours!)

We make it easy to stay with us. Guests will drive straight to the house and access with a lock code, which will be sent prior to your visit. The guests will have the whole place to themselves. Off street parking is available for a max of 3 vehicles. We are available during your stay via text, phone, or email should any issues arise. Between guests, cleanings include sanitizing high-touch surfaces, handles, remotes, etc. High speed Wi-Fi is available. We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors and there are no parties or pets or smoking allowed. We can't wait to host you!
