Closest airports are Daytona International Airport, Jacksonville and Orlando International Airport. From Daytona, the condo is approximately 20 minute drive, From Jacksonville, slightly over an hour drive, and from Orlando, approximately 1.5 hour drive.

The Paloma Penthouse sleeps 6 comfortably. Its spacious owner's suite features a king bed with premium mattress and linens, a wall of windows to highlight the stunning views of sand and surf as well as luxurious en suite bath and spa shower. The second bedroom offers two full beds, a computer workstation and convenient bath access. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, just in case. No detail has been overlooked in the Paloma Penthouse commitment to vacation excellence. From UHD Smart televisions to charging stations to high-speed internet, your technology needs and expectations will be met. With a fully stocked kitchen, including an abundance of dishware, silverware, barware, cookware and other kitchenware, such as coffee maker, air fryer rice cooker and blender, your culinary needs are covered. Beach chairs (Tommy Bahama) beach wagon, umbrella, inflatable floats and surf toys are provided for your enjoyment and convenience. The Paloma Penthouse is situated on the top floor of the VanLee, the tallest building in Ormon-by-the-Sea. VanLee amenities are unsurpassed and far exceed those in competing properties. A large salt water pool (unheated) with spacious sun deck, outdoor shower and private, secured beach access creates a resort-like atmosphere. An exercise room featuring cardio and strength equipment along with a sauna and private shower will accommodate virtually any fitness program or routine. Finally, a library offers a quiet space for reading and literary pursuits.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to periodic weather events, we strongly encourage and recommend all guests purchase travel insurance to protect against financial loss and vacation disruption. As a small business, we are firm with our cancellation policy even during these inclement weather seasons (June 1st through November 30th) but work closely with our guests to communicate and accommodate accordingly. Luckily, we have had no disruption in stays with the past few years of hurricane events, but we cannot predict the future.
