Alpine River is stunning! Alpine is located directly on the river making it perfect for tubing, swimming, fishing and beautiful views. Walking distance to downtown Helen so you can enjoy Restaurants, festivities and night life . Near by is the famous innsbruck golf course and Valhalla fine dining.2 master suites with attached bathrooms. Master has a garden tub and walk in shower. Access to the balcony that overlooks the river with comfortable furniture for your convenience. Living room has a gas fireplace and recliner couch. Kitchen with everything for entertainment you will definitely feel like at home !

Christmas vacation

If we ever go back to Helen we will stay here. Cleanliness, location, hospitality, and the view were amazing. We had an awesome experience.

Great mini vacation

The condo was better than the pictures. We had lovely time in Helen with great accommodations. Looking to return in the fall.

Perfect Location

We were all very impressed with our stay. The home is very clean. It’s nicely decorated with a homey feel. The location is perfect especially for Helen’s best activity of tubing! We loved the view of the river! We will stay again!

Perfect location

Pictures do not do this place justice. Very clean with perfect location directly on the river. Upstairs screen porch off the master is where we spent all of our time. Within walking distance to Main Street and Resturants. Highly recommend and we will be back

Perfect Place in Helen

The photos truly do not do this condo justice! It is amazingly renovated and very clean! The porches were much bigger and nicer than expected. The location to town and the view of the river just puts this place over the top! Would definitely recommend! We hope to stay here again soon.

Helen Anniversary Trip

This property was just as it was listed. It was a beautiful place and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the outdoor back deck every night with a glass of wine playing cards over looking the River. Everything was within walking distance and was very easy to get to. Thank you for making our first trip to Helen an enjoyable one.

Riverfront Alpine Village Condo

The condo was exactly as described in the photos and rental description. About 1/2 - 3/4 of a mile from everything Helen - extremely walkable and close to everything without the noise from the party crowds. We had difficulty checking in - the property manager had tried to publish the door code and wifi but it hadn’t come through and there was a delay with response time until about 45 mins after check in when we called VRBO customer service. This was promptly responded to and when the manager re-saved the codes on her end and she was very helpful once we were able to reach her. The bedrooms were great, we loved the screened in porch with seating for 4 off one of the bedrooms. I would have loved to use the jetted tub in one bathroom but we didn’t have much downtime. The kitchen had everything we needed with the bonus of a dishwasher. Easy trash removal and parking for two vehicles (if one is small) under the condo. There are stairs to get to the entry, which were easily navigable. Bring your own laundry detergent, or buy some at the dollar general 2 blocks away. The washer /dryer we a must for us when selecting a rental and these were brand new. The neighbors, both permanent residents and other renters in the small condo complex were very friendly and we made a few new friends. All in all a great price for the amenities, size and location. We would definitely stay here again.
