Guest Access: Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. You will have the entire sanctuary to yourself, including access to all amenities such as the full kitchen, bedrooms, outdoor bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, outdoor shower, and private garden and yard area.

The Neighborhood: Seaview Sanctuary is in a peaceful neighborhood in Puna, just minutes away from the ocean, black sand beaches, farmers` markets, and the scenic Coastal Red Road. Explore the natural beauty of the area, visit the Kalani Retreat Center, or enjoy local markets and eateries—all within a short drive. The area offers plenty of activities like hiking and sightseeing.

Getting Around: Navigating the nearby area is straightforward. While some attractions are within walking distance, we recommend having a car to fully experience all that Puna and the surrounding areas have to offer. Parking is available on the premises.

Other Things to Note:

✓ Quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM, as we are in a residential neighborhood.
✓ You may hear coqui frogs chirping at night; earplugs and white noise machine are provided if needed.
✓ We have rainwater catchment—please be mindful of water usage.
✓ Occasional mosquitoes or insects may be present—but house is screened in.
✓ We provide 3 fans, but there is no air conditioning.

- If you need an EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT please let us know at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE and we will try to accommodate you -- please note that it is NOT GUARANTEED THOUGH, and it depends on our cleaners and our booking schedule. If we are able to change things around to accommodate your request, please note that there will be a convenience charge of $20 per hour that that we are able to give early / late. We will request this via airbnb request.
