Pool Heating: Opt for additional pool heating at $100/day, maintaining a comfortable 86 degrees. Notify us in advance, and it requires 12-24 hours to warm up for your enjoyment upon check-in.

*Please be aware that we don't generate any profit from pool heating because of the high gas costs. Our objective is to ensure everyone can enjoy their time together, especially during the colder months, while noting that pool heating is unnecessary in warmer seasons.

Note: Feel free to bring along a small Bluetooth speaker for your personal listening pleasure. We kindly ask that you lower the volume and refrain from playing music outside after 10 PM to preserve the tranquil atmosphere for everyone.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances and fully stocked kitchen for the serious cooks. Every small cooking appliance you can think of: Keurig, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, waffle maker, kettle, toaster, crockpot, rice cooker, baking sheets/pans. Pots and pans and utensils and mostly all other cooking accessories you can think of.

Master bedroom #1: King bed, en suite full bath with double vanity and tub, stand up shower, smart TV, walk in closet, and bedside tables, dresser, ceil fan with lights, private entrance to patio/pool area.

Bedroom #2: King bed, smart TV, closet, bedside tables, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan with lights.

Bedroom #3: King bed, bedside tables, dresser, ceiling fan with light, smart TV, large closet.

Bedroom #4: Full Bed, bedside tables, table lamps, smart TV, closet, ceiling fan with light.

Bedroom #5: Full bed, closet, bedside table, dresser, table lamps, smart tv, ceiling fan with light, easy access to pool area.

Pool & Spa: Fully automated pebble tec pool and spa. Spa functions can be controlled through the pentair app on your phone or ipad in the kitchen area.

Pool lounge chairs: 4 modern resort-style lounge chairs perfect for relaxing and soaking in the sun with two large umbrellas for shading.

Pool heating is available for an additional $100/day, maintaining the pool at a comfortable 85 degrees. Let us know in advance if you wish to use the pool heater, as it requires 12-24 hours to warm up for your enjoyment upon check-in.

We suggest bringing a small Bluetooth speaker for personal use. Please refrain from playing any outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel levels are allowed, strictly no amplified speakers.

*Pool Maintenance - Mondays and Thursday

*City of Indio requires that we obtain the driver's license or passport of the primary occupant prior to occupancy with attached forms to be filled out, their rules, not ours.

*Minimum booking age: 21 yrs old-City of Indio's rule

*No parties or events- unless cleared by owner

*Salt water Spa Heat included in Booking

*Salt water Pool - $100/daily fee to 85 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Gas prices are at an all time high, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 12-24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Payment can be made via VRBO or another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.

*A/C and heating thermostat cannot be adjusted below 72 degrees Fahrenheit and above 80° Fahrenheit. Home is very well insulated.

*Pet friendly with $50 per pet, per stay fee (maximum 2 allowed) no pets in pool area. Please do not leave pets unattended, you will be responsible for any damage your pet does.

*Smoking outdoors only, not in home. $300-$1,500 in damages plus any day we have to block to get odor out.
