Luxury 3br Deer Valley/Silver Lake Village Villa with Ski Out Access!

From our villa, located in the beautiful Village of Silver Lake atop Deer Valley Mountain Resort, you will enjoy a breathtaking views of the magnificent mountains above Park City. Our villa is just steps away from the ski trail leading to Snow Park (details below), a short walk to the renown restaurants of Silver Lake, and a mere 3 miles from the Historic Main Street of Park City. Our community amenities include a community pool, tennis court and plenty of unassigned parking both outside and under cover. The interior of our villa is newly decorated in a light, mountain contemporary style complemented by skylights and a gas burning fireplace.


Nearby winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, skate skiing, snow biking, indoor tennis, indoor pickle ball, and snow shoeing. For those of you who have discovered Park City as a summertime vacation, the activities include hiking, mountain biking, road biking, golf, tennis, pickle ball, zip lining, swimming, fishing, horseback riding, 4 wheeling, dirt biking, paddle boarding, kayaking and tubing. Enjoy the amazing amenities, bars and restaurants of the Goldner Hirsch, Stein Erikson and Montage Luxury Hotels all within a 7 minute walk or drive.

Ski-out access trail leads to Last Chance (Blue Level) and then Success (Green Level) ski runs. You will end up at Snow Park Lodge. To return home, take the Home Stake or Carpenter Express chair, then take the SilverLink trail to the access trail. Then it's a 1/2 block walk down Royal Street East to Sterling Drive to Ridgepoint's private access trail. Maps are included in photos.

***Summer Guests please be advised there is NO Central Air Conditioning. Tower fans in all bedrooms, and in main living area is provided. All windows open and ventilate. Quiet setting and cooler temperatures at 8500 feet allow for comfort without A/C.***

Perfect Park City Condo

Amazing condo close to everything. We enjoyed our stay at this first rate condo just a 5 minute walk to the Deer Valley lifts and just a short drive down to Park City. Tennis/pickel ball court right outside was nice, too.

Great spot!!

My fiancé and I stayed here with 2 friends for a ski weekend and loved it! The place is beautiful, well equipped and super conveniently located to the mountain. The owners were incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond. Would absolutely come back.

Beautiful accommodation - Super Responsive Host

Beautifully appointed condo with very nice touches such as well-stocked kitchen and tons of storage for ski apparel. Easy ski out. Short walk on part of ski-in but very manageable for our family with good skiing kids. Very convenient to multiple restaurants and the ski resort. Host was extremely responsive in helping with any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely stay there again.

Well equipped residence which seems to reflect very positive, friendly and responsive owners. Their Cabernet was excellent and we wish them the best of luck in their female dominated wine adventure. We didn’t have time to try their white.

Deer Valley Gem

We booked this VRBO gem for two weeks with our family for spring break! The property manager and owner were very responsive & a pleasure to deal with. The unit had a well appointed kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, loft, very comfy beds with bed warmers, (which was a nice plus). The unit is an easy 10min walk to the main ski lift which we did almost every day. Free overnight ski & boot storage is available right off the lift, which made the walk that much easier. Overall, the location is convenient, homey, clean & a great value. We highly recommend!

Lovely Condo in Deer Valley!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Deer Valley condo. It was clean, nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, and it was incredibly well stocked (linens, kitchen, supplies, etc.). The location is great, beautiful view, close to town and easy to ski out each morning (we would return to the condo via a quick uber ride from Silver Lake Lodge at the end of the day). Finally, the hosts were responsive and helpful with any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

Incredibly responsive and attentive property manager. The property itself is in a great location…close to everything you need, but yet private with beautiful views. Very cozy and comfortable accommodations. Will return and would highly recommend!!

Very Private & Nicely Furnished, Nice Kitchen

The unit is lovely and very comfortable with nice furnishings, an open mountain view and a lovely gas fireplace and living area, but this is not a ski-in property. It does offer ski-out but the “ski-in” involves taking your skis off for a hike on a slippery road. Minor issues: It could use a powder room on the living room floor (there are only 2 bathrooms and both are on. the lower level with the bedrooms, no bathroom on the living and den floors) and the duotone stairs can be dangerous with sharp metal edges that are difficult to see in the dark.

Just what we wanted for Christmas

This was a fabulous property for a few days of skiing before the holidays. The decor is stunning and everything is so well thought out. We spent our days on the slopes and our evenings in front of the fireplace. Lisa and the rest of the team were so responsive to questions and made sure we got the most out of our trip. The ski in/out worked exactly as described. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Work-cation

My husband and I with our two teenage daughters spent a great relaxing week at this condo spring skiing in Deer Valley. Fantastic location with every comfort of home and then some! Loved the well equipped kitchen. Fire place and views out back are stunning. I stayed a second week to work and visit further with my older daughter. Again, the location was perfect. Took walks in the evenings and very convenient to downtown. Internet worked very well for most of the week. Regional issue with internet one afternoon, but property manager was available and helped me troubleshoot. I would highly recommend this property as well as the property manager, Lisa! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Elizabeth and I moved from San Francisco to Dallas during Covid. In California, we owned and managed a large VRBO Estate in Wine Country that unfortunately burned down in the 2020 Wild Fires (spurring our move to Texas!).

We really loved hosting all of our guests over the years in Wine Country and have been yearning to host again! As a result, we recently purchased the Condo at Ridgeline given our love for Deere Valley and our desire to begin renting/hosting again.

We have a baby and love spending time in the outdoors!
