Brand new listing on Private SC island. This Callawassie Island Villa is newly renovated with beautiful shiplap & trimwork and freshly painted! Updated bathrooms and kitchen, screened in porch overlooking serene pond and wildlife bird rookery. Open floorplan, light and bright! Includes daily golf for 2 guests plus golf cart.( Value $200/day. Course closed Mondays) Additional guest golf fee $85 per player. Callawassie Island is centrally located & only 30 minutes to Bluffton, Beaufort, Savannah and Hilton Head Island. Amenities include Gated Community, Pro shop, Clubhouse and River Club dining facilities, fitness center with spa & massage services, 2 heated and cooled pools, Lighted Tennis and Pickleball courts, Childrens Playground, Kayak Dock, 2 Deepwater Boat Docks, & 27 holes of Golf designed by the legendary Tom Fazio. Villa includes personal golf cart for use on island.

We absolutely loved our stay! We visited the area for a wedding and it was the perfect location to stay at. We took advantage of the golf course, tennis courts, and ride in the golf cart.The home was clean and beautiful! It had all the extra amenities you could think of! Janet was very responsive in answering our questions and helping us get situated.

Beautiful low-country island setting surrounded by golf and tidal creeks with wildlife. We enjoyed the 2 pools, a little golf, touring the island in the golf cart and bikes checked-out from the fitness center. We took day trips to Savannah, Hilton Head and Beaufort. We caught redfish, flounder and sharks on a charter with Sea Island Adventures - this day on the water was a highlight! The property is well/maintained, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable for our group of 6.

Great Fall Break Trip

Rental was spacious and covered every need. Host was available and went above and beyond to provide a great stay. Facilities on island were great. River Club was a great meal. Staff and members were great when we played golf. Courses were in great shape and fun to play.

Easter Weekend & RBC Heritage Golf

My family and I including my pet had a great stay on Callawassi Island. Host communicates timely, and is so gracious. The home is comfortable and the wildlife is an added pleasure. We enjoyed a round of golf and the use of the owner's golf cart to ride the neighborhood. We will be back. Thank you for having us.

Well organized villa with wonderful views of lagoon wildlife activity. Easy access to golf course and club facilities. Short drive to Savannah and Beaufort. Overall a wonderful location and property.

Great place on Callawassie Island

This property is a perfect location and set-up on Callawassie Island. I was actually there for work so it made the perfect central location. All of the amenities are exactly as described. While we didn't have much time there, the back deck is the perfect location to see some of the local wildlife! Also, you are just a short drive to the River Club which is a great place for dinner and drinks. We will certainly look to stay there again in the future.

Absolutely perfect in every respect!

Beautifully appointed and equipped 3 bdrm, 2 bath on gorgeous pond. CLEAN! Wildlife right off the screened in deck. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful coastal villa

The property was perfect. Great location So bright and nicely Coastal decorated and very clean. It had a lot of nice touches and everything you will need. It was so nice to sit outside on the screened porch and watch the birds (great egrets) in the trees. And having the golf cart was perfect. I would definitely highly recommend.

Anniversary Weekend

My wife and I had a wonderful week long stay in Callawassie to celebrate our wedding anniversary! The house was perfect for just the two of us and matched the pictures and description on the listing. The hosts were extremely accommodating from coordinating reservations in the River house to daily golf tee times. The amenities that come along with the rental are unparalleled to other vacation homes and the best part for us was our senior dog being allowed to join us. The house even comes with a golf cart!

Lovely home in Callawassie

The home was furnished beautifully, amply supplied with towels, kitchen appliances, televisions, washer-dryer, and supplies (bath, laundry etc). It was clean and had three nice sized bedrooms. We were disappointed that the golf cart was not available (due to a flat tire). Overall a lovely vacation home on Callawassie.

Low Country v2

We had a very enjoyable stay on Callawassie Island on our most recent visit to the Low Country. We had a limited agenda and the villa provided a comfortable base. The owners provided everything necessary (and then some) for comfortable living, cooking, etc. We enjoyed taking our dog on daily golf cart rides to explore the island. Golf is a great benefit for the rental. Only one 9 was available and a second will be available soon. The third nine is undergoing renovation but should be completed by the end of the year. The River Club is a nice facility for pool and dining. The host was very helpful during pre-trip planning and responsive when contacted otherwise. We'll save this property for any return trips to the area. Pet-friendly is a big plus for us.
