Welcome to Gulf Splash in the new and beautiful North WindMark Beach community, this home is less than 100 steps to the pool! Gulf Splash includes a 6-seater golf cart! This prime-location house sits between the charming towns of Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation. WindMark Beach offers all of the amenities you could want on vacation - private beach accesses, bike trails, walking path boardwalks, a large zero-entry pool that is heated in the winter months, and a quaint downtown. No boats are allowed on the property.

Gulf Splash is a one-story, open-floor plan house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sits near the end of a quiet cul de sac in the newly constructed North end of WindMark Beach. This new construction house has a fully equipped kitchen for you to plan all of your vacation meals, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The house is tastefully decorated in modern yet comfortable decor. For more fun at Gulf Splash, head into the garage-turned Game Room for some fun, or head to the white sand at WindMark Beach. Try your skills at skee ball, full-size air hockey, or bubble hockey.

*North Windmark Pool is not heated, but the village side pool is heated during winter months. We cannot guarantee the pool is heated during your stay, typically it's heated from Mid November to April.


-Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2 -Primary suite with king bed, ceiling fan, wifi smart Roku TV (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout) walk-in closet, and attached en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and water closet.

-Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2- Queen bed with smart Roku TV (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout), closet, and dresser.

-Bedroom 3: Sleeps 2-Queen bed with smart Roku TV (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout), closet and storage cabinet

-Bedroom 4: Sleeps 5- Bunk room with a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk. Guests in this room will also enjoy a smart Roku TV mounted on the wall (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout).

THINGS TO KNOW
*Flat path to the front door.
*This rental is located on floor 1.
*An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage.
*Parking is available in the driveway only and for 2 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
