GULF FRONT Townhome on Cape San Blas Beach! Sammy`s Retreat (B4) is in Sunrise Sunset townhomes with views as far as you see of the Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Our home is 3 BR 2.5 Bath on North Cape. You can not get any closer to the water than this! The Kitchen and Living area are on the 1st floor with a screened in balcony where you have your morning coffee or dinner outside with family while listening to the waves. Bedrooms are on the top floor with Gulf Front Balcony and Bay View Balcony.

Our home is Gulf Front with a screened in porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and an open Balcony on the 3rd Floor for excellent viewing of Dolphins, Stingrays and Star Gazing at night. It`s truly amazing! We also have fabulous Bay views from the 3rd Balcony hence the name...Sunrise-Sunset!

Beach access is via the stairs on either side of the building. Launch your Kayaks and Paddleboards from our townhome! There is also a biking and walking trails right across the street with miles and miles to explore! Please access the beach via the stairs only and do not walk on the Sand Dunes as they are very fragile and are our only protection during storms.

The entire townhome is available to you.

Gulf Front with Beach Access! Excellent views of Bay directly across the street! Bring your Kayaks, Paddleboards and Bikes or rent them locally. All the vendors will deliver and pick up your Beach toys so it`s very easy to rent Kayaks, Paddleboards and Bikes for family fun!

Cape San Blas has 10 miles of bike path with access right across the street. Kayak and Paddleboards can be launched directly from the beach, or if you prefer the Bay, there is access a few blocks up. There are a few general stores and restaurants on Cape San Blas. Apalachicola and Port St Joe both have great shopping and restaurants to get out and explore.

We are dog friendly and love our fur babies...Cape San Blas Beach is dog friendly and all dogs should be on a leash or lead at all times...Beware of letting your dogs drink salt water as will make them very sick! Bring fresh water for them to the beach. We have an outdoor shower with a detachable shower head so you can bathe your dogs with a warm shower after a day at the beach. We love to pamper our pups!

If you are traveling between the months of June-November Travel Insurance is highly recommended for Hurricanes since we are directly on the water.

Important - we incurred damage to our seawall during Hurricane Helene. This can not be removed until Beach renourishment begins. There are large geo sand bags in place where the wall was damaged/breached. We would love to host you and your families and we have discounted our rates for this year. Please inquire with any questions.

Beach Access is down the driveway and between the open lots between homes. The beach changes daily. There are also many other beaches to explore close by and we provide beach chairs and a beach cart during your stay. -Dogs are welcome for a flat fee. Please add the number of pets when you
enter the number of guests. No more than 2 pets allowed
-Must be 25 years old to book home
-No smoking of any kind in our home
-Please be respectful of guests that come in after you - No fishing bait allowed in the house, freezer or refrigerator at any time. Shore fishing at the Cape is wonderful but all bait must be kept outside the home in a cooler.
-Cape San Blas is a turtle sanctuary and we have a leave no trace policy. Nothing can be left on the beach overnight and all outside lights must be turned off.
-Please do not walk or let children play on the sand dunes. These dunes are the only protection from waves and storms for all gulf front homes. Thank you.
A damage deposit is added to each reservation to cover any damages that may be incurred during your stay. This deposit will be refunded 5 days after your stay is completed.
