Casa Playa has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and sleeps 8 adult and 12 people. The main floor is a completely open floor-plan with a fully stocked kitchen with ice maker, dining area, living room, full bathroom and a bedroom. Enjoy the view of the National Wildlife Refuge from your screened in back patio or grilling on your outdoor patio area. The second floor has 2 spacious bedrooms with private balconies and full bathrooms. The loft has 4 twin beds and TV for the kids.

Top Two trials in Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge
1. Pine Beach Trail 3.5 miles that takes about an hour to complete. There’s a small visitor center about a 1/4 mile before you get to the trailhead. They have several skeletons, and pelts, along with some informational pamphlets. There is parking at the trailhead. You may want to bring a hat.
2. Jeff Friend Loop Trail is .9 miles that takes about 16 minutes and is great for birding and hiking .

Visit Ft Morgan and tour an historic Civil War fort or take the ferry to Dauphin Island to visit the Alabama Aquarium Sea Lab and the Audubon Bird Sanctuary National Recreational Trial to bird watch. Or maybe you just want to watch the sunset on the beach. You can do it all at Casa Playa.

Guests are allowed 2 parking passes for $55 each which can be purchased at the HOA office to the right of the Security gate entrance.
Lessee shall not sublet any or all of the Properties without the prior written consent of Lessor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
There are security cameras directed at the front and back doors for guest safety. The security cameras record both audio and video and are not directed towards gathering areas.
