Welcome to "Moe's Riverside Lodge", a stunning riverfront vacation rental located just 5 miles from the town of Red River in the picturesque Upper Valley. This magnificent spacious lodge sleeps 14 and boasts 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 3 levels of luxurious living space, ensuring ample room for relaxation and entertainment, close to hiking and riding trails with a short drive to town!

Step onto one of the decks that adorn each level, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty and mountains. Enjoy the sounds of the river below.
From the front entrance you will be greeted with an open floor plan with all the comforts of home. On this main floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a comfy sectional and internet enabled TV, perfect for cozy movie nights.

Adjacent to the living room is a charming dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. The kitchen has a large commercial gas stove, regular coffee maker, tons of cupboard space and a large pantry off the kitchen. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8 plus 3 barstools at the eating bar. On this same level, there is also a convenient bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower and bidet.

Get ready for endless hours of fun in the game room, featuring a pool table, foosball table, dartboard, poker chips and large wifi enabled TV. For the younger guests, a second game room awaits, featuring a kids' Pop a shot basketball game to keep them entertained for hours on end. Adjacent to the game room is a laundry room with washer & dryer.

The top level of Moe's Riverside Lodge is dedicated to a luxurious master bedroom suite with King bed. Pamper yourself in the ensuite bathroom, complete with a jetted tub and separate shower and bidet. Additionally, a separate game room area on this level provides a cozy space to enjoy table and board games, creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

The bottom level of the lodge houses two inviting bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One bedroom features two queen beds, while the second bedroom is perfect for the younger guests with two bunk bed systems, each equipped with two twins and one full bed and a WIFI enabled TV. A separate living room with a wood burning stove and WIFI enabled TV on this level offers additional space to unwind and relax.

As you step outside, you'll be greeted by a riverfront oasis, complete with a firepit area where you can gather around and share stories under the starry sky. A charming gazebo with a table provides the perfect spot for enjoying meals or simply taking in the peaceful ambiance of the surroundings. There is no Satellite TV, but make sure to bring your Netflix, Hulu and other logins to enjoy live streaming access to movies and more!

Clean linens, toiletries, trash bags, an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, dish washing liquid and detergent are provided. We provide 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per person. You are welcome to launder these towels for further use. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Special Notes:
This is one of the few homes in Red River that has air conditioning.
Pets Welcome! (2 pet max, 25 lbs or under) Non-refundable Pet fee of $75 per pet plus tax is required. Pets shall not be left unattended at the property at any time. A minimum of $500 charge if pet is not registered with paid rent fee. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. If you do not clean up after your pet, a $100 fee will be charged for us to provide this clean up service for you.

Garage is locked for owners use and is not available to tenants.
A ration of firewood is provided for you in the months of November-May. Firewood not provided for the firepit.

"Moe's Riverside Lodge" offers a large driveway with ample parking for multiple families and room for your toys! While Monte Vista Road is generally maintained in the winter, a 4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter as conditions vary and can change rapidly.
