Spacious Studio in downtown Denver with fabulous unobstructed views of the city skyline! Natural light fills this unique space, highlighting the newly remodeled kitchen and artwork.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with a private balcony provide lots of natural light and highlight city skyline views. The condo is ready for our guests to enjoy the downtown.
The studio is completely furnished, including a queen-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa for an occasional guest. The Eat-in kitchen includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Building amenities include a 24-hour front desk attendant, fitness center, laundry room, rooftop pool and patio with secured entry, and clubhouse. It is only one block from the 16th Street Mall, one block from the Denver Performing Arts Center, and two blocks from all the wonderful dining and shopping at Larimer Square.
Every morning, you wake up, and every night before bed, you have beautiful views for miles and never-ending gorgeous sunsets! Enjoy the experience of Downtown Denver living, secure building, pool, conference room, restaurants, shopping, cocktail bars, and everything the City has to offer at your fingertips. My husband was born and raised in Colorado. He was studying at CU Boulder and also in Florida. It turned out the two states become our favorite States to live. Colorado offers incredible mountain landscapes, crisp mountain air, and a great playground for outdoor activities and entertainment. I was born in Ukraine, in a beautiful big city on the river Dnipro. My grandfather was a professor in the Ukrainian Schools of Mines. My mother was a mining engineer. My son is studying at the Colorado School of Mines after serving our country as a US marine. Brooks Tower has in the front of the building a statue of "The Old Prospector" with a mining pick in his right hand and a huge chunk of gold ore in his left.

Brooks Tower is the very first historic high-rise in downtown Denver. It was well-built with quality construction. You will not hear the neighbors above or below. This tower has the most amazing view of the Denver skyline on the East and Rocky Mountain Views on the West side. You will not get enough of the ever-changing views of the historic Daniel and Fisher Clock Tower from your private balcony. The location is superb: the walking score is over 90.

Access to all of the amazing amenities (roof-top swimming pool, full gym, residence/club area with TV, bar counter, pool table, community gas grills, etc.
On top of it, we have a 24/7 Front Desk with a live attendant and a security guard in the evening. There are some shops, saloons, and Seven-Eleven Convenience Store in the building itself!
