Spacious Studio 13 in downtown Denver with fabulous unobstructed views of the city skyline from your private balcony! Natural light fills this unique space, highlighting the newly remodeled kitchen and artwork.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with a private balcony provide lots of natural light and highlight city skyline views. The condo is ready for our guests to enjoy the downtown.
The studio is completely furnished, including a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa for occasional guests. The Eat-in kitchen includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Building amenities include a 24-hour front desk attendant, fitness center, laundry room, rooftop pool and patio with secured entry, and clubhouse. It is only one block from the 16th Street Mall, one block from the Denver Performing Arts Center, and two blocks from all the wonderful dining and shopping at Larimer Square.
Every morning, you wake up, and every night before bed, you have beautiful views for miles and never-ending gorgeous sunsets! We chose this neighborhood for its incredible downtown location and historic charm. Brooks Tower is one of the first high-rise residential buildings in downtown Denver and was built with solid construction, making the unit quiet and comfortable.
The views are truly special. From the private balcony you can enjoy the Denver skyline to the east, Rocky Mountain sunsets to the west, and a beautiful view of the historic Daniels & Fisher Clock Tower.
Everything downtown has to offer is right outside the door, with a walk score over 90, making it easy to explore restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions on foot.
