Located near Sand Hollow reservoir, ideal getaway for various water activities! Guests will appreciate the proximity to golf courses, sand dunes, and ATV trails. The home features a game room with ping pong, shuffleboard, as well as a private pool, putting green, barbecue, and fire pit, ensuring endless fun without needing to leave the premises!

We were a group of 27 people across 7 families, and this place was perfect for accommodating all of us. The rooms were very clean, and the kitchens were well maintained and fully equipped with the right set of utensils to meet our needs. The garage comfortably accommodated four of our cars, which was extremely convenient. The host was responsive and attentive to our queries throughout our stay. Overall, we truly loved this space and would highly recommend it for trips with multiple families.

Perfect for large families

There was something for everyone and we all had a fantastic time. The kids spent hours in the pool everyday.

Great for large groups

This house was great for our large group, and had plenty of space. The pool is smaller than you think, but if you know that going in, it’s helpful. The house has a nice layout and the neighborhood is really quiet.

We loved our stay! The layout of the house was perfect for our group and the view was absolutely gorgeous! We couldn’t imagine a better view on the lake. The cove was peaceful and the private dock was very convenient as we rented a boat and my kids loved swimming and using the rope swing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay in the future. It was the peaceful get away we needed.

Great for large families!

We were all really impressed with this amazing home - there was tons of room, it was beautifully designed, and it worked great for our entire family. The property manager was super responsive for any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious and fun

Such a nice big property! The small private pool was perfect for kids and a few adults. The kids enjoyed the game room. The spacious kitchen with big table was perfect for our big group.

Beautiful and excellent balance

I absolutely love the space equally balance. There was a total of 20 people in this beautiful home and it didn’t feel like there were this many. We had a great time we were very happy with updated amenities.

Absolutely Amazing

This property captivates you from the moment you open the door. It has 2 houses in one property, a game room, a huge hot tub and an amazing outside area. The amount of beds was a shock, sometimes pictures can be deceiving, but the Sanctuary is anything but that, the description of the property is SPOT on. We had enough room in the garage to put 5 side by sides in plus a trailer. We had 19 people stay and everyone was happy and we all had a blast . We made so many happy memories. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Large group heaven

We had 33 guests and there was room for everyone. It fit our needs so well. Rachel and the maintenance people were very helpful and quick about our requests. There was enough room for all to gather together, but enough various spaces for people to spread out and have small groups. The location is about 5 minutes from a Walmart, super helpful. Close to a reservoir. Close to the freeway. The community pool/hot tub etc area was very nice. We were so happy with it. We did need to bring extra kitchen supplies for our large group but it worked.
