Beach Me Up Scotty! fue una casa de nueva construcción terminada en septiembre de 2014. Es una acogedora y asequible casa de 2 dormitorios, 2 y 1/2 baños. Ubicado en el lado del océano, a poca distancia a pie del océano y excelentes vistas del lado del sonido. Hay una gran acera frente a la casa para bicicletas o para caminar que lo llevará a muchas tiendas y restaurantes locales.

La casa es un plano de planta abierto construido por uno de los mejores constructores de la isla Hatteras. Esta casa tiene 2 dormitorios, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen con baño completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble en litera completa. Otro baño completo en el pasillo. El salón tiene grandes techos abiertos con grandes ventanas frontales para excelentes vistas. En la sala de estar también, hay un sofá cama que se extiende a una cama completa. Una habitación extra familiar / sala de juegos con 1/2 baño se encuentra en el nivel inferior. La cocina abierta tiene una barra con capacidad para 2 y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6. Hay una ducha exterior y una estación de limpieza de pescado debajo de la casa, así como una parrilla de carbón en el patio.

We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described and made for a wonderful trip. Bryan Scott, the owner, was fantastic to work with—very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it feel like home right away.The only small downside was that we didn’t discover the “Never Forget” walking path to the beach until the day before we left. It’s much closer and has a boardwalk for easy access, so I’d recommend future guests take advantage of it early in their stay.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

It was a very easy check in. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. Nicely stocked kitchen and VERY comfortable bed in primary suite. A local gave us advice on a better way to get to the beach which was a huge help! We had a wonderful time and would book again!

We had the most amazing beach trip as a family of 4. We loved the area! Short walk to the beach, very well stocked of everything you may need, and exceptionally clean! We would love to definitely come back next year! We love this gorgeous house in Salvo!

This was a really nice property that had all the things you'd need for an enjoyable beach vacation. We liked the location because of proximity to beaches and nearby towns. The walk to the beach is not my favorite but we knew going on it was "beachfront." The game room was so fun for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay. Bryan took care of an issue very quickly and was responsive.

We spent 13 days here. Had a great time. There are 23 steps to the entry door and it's more than a ten minute walk to the beach for 77 year old seniors.Also it's 14 miles to the Food Lion in Avon with no view of the ocean.

Steep steps for older people.

Great place. Very clean, nicely decorated and kitchen had everything. Was unable to get hand mixer to work. Left note on it and put mixer on counter. Would recommend this place and would return for certain. I would recommend bringing a drying rack for towels. I forgot from our first stay here that there are too few places to dry towels or hang clothes. Small, I hope, helpful suggestion. If older people like us, steps are steep and handrail is too wide to really grab for support. I really hate to be negative but something to consider if older.

We miss this house

I cant say enough good things about this house. Sometimes you stay in places where things are just a little broken or dont work quite right. You say to yourself, " welp, it is a rental." NOT THIS HOUSE! Its open, its clean, its well stocked, great water pressure, and the arcade is a nice touch. I dont care how old you are- go play Pac- Man. You can take your shoes off and lay on the sofa just like you would at home. We felt comfortable here! Unfortunetly our vacation ran parallel with hurricane Debbie so it literally put a damper on our trip. If it weren't for the fact that this house was so wonderful we probably would have just gone home We did message Bryan a couple times with questions and he was quick to respond. He has done a phenominal job with this house. If I'm being completely honest its underpriced so SNATCH THIS ONE UP!

Awesome Stay!

Wonderful! Home was so nice and roomy for my family of four! It was easy to find along Route 12 and perfect location to our favorite beach! Everyone enjoyed the Game Room, the selection of movies and video games! My kids also enjoyed having a tv in their room! (LOL) I can’t recommend this home enough! It was a great final stop on our summer! The check in was super smooth and the owner was easy to communicate with. Kitchen was stocked with essentials to cook. Bathroom was stocked with soft towels. There was even beach items to use!

Nice House

Enjoyed our stay. Beach access is a little wonky directly from the house but if you drive towards Hatteras and park its much easier. If youre accessing the beach from the house walk around the back side and youll find a path to a side street instead of walking the main road. When you get to the beach access youll know it, the signs are weird in spots telling you to go up or down x number of yards to find the actual access. Youll be walking in a shared driveway partially, dont let that deter you. Resources in this area are pretty limited, be prepared you will need to drive to get any real grocery shopping done. If youre going towards Nags or have room on your way down stop in that area for groceries. The stores are better. Note the best shop I found in our stay is a market across from the dollar store a mile north of the house. It has about everything you could possibly need. The shell gas station right down the street has a few things too but the market is better. I suggest if you have a 4wd vehicle that you buy a permit to drive right out on the beach. It will make your trip that much more enjoyable, we will do it when we return. Before you go crazy buying stuff for your trip know there are a few chairs and such for the beach under the house. Also, there was two boogie boards and a skim board, one was snapped in half but we actually left our better one there for the next group to enjoy. No point in bringing it somewhere we dont have an ocean.

Amazing Experience!

The beach house was amazing, clean, and close to a wonderful ice cream place. You could easily walk to the beach or drive to a public access beach. We loved the location in Salvo. For our family of 4, this house was everything we needed and allowed us to relax and love vacation.

Clean and comfortable

Beach Me Up Scotty made for a wonderfully relaxing week for our family of 5 adults. The house was clean and comfortable. We had no issues at all. I was a little worried about road noise since it is right on Hwy 12 but it never bothered us. Communication was excellent. Checkin was super easy. The house was well equipped. It was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. Enjoyed the games and movies. Walked to the beach a few times and traveled to other beaches as well. There were restaurants and a Dollar General close by. Food Lion was about 10 miles away I think. Salvo Day Use Area was a great spot for sunsets. We had such a great experience and hope to come back one day!

I made the reservations for Beach Me Up Scotty and got several such kudos from my wife and daughter for choosing such a perfect rental. We will definitely come back in the future and hope to make it a regular stay.

Excellent property in a fantastic area.

Beach me Up Scotty was just as advertised. The property was clean and well stocked with games ,dishware and lots of Movies. The area itself was peaceful but also offers plenty of activities to keep a family entertained. Fishing and beach fun is less than five minutes away.

I have vacationed in the outer banks for years within Kitty Hawk & Nags Head area. Several years ago I decided to go further south with friends to Hatteras Island to spend a week. What a difference, the beaches were less crowed, the area was safer for the kids to ride bikes, fishing is great and less commercialized area. Years later I purchased this lot in Salvo. In early 2014, began construction.
