Guest Access:
The resort has premium services to offer you extra activities on your leisure time, besides the private beach front, such as an infinity pool and jacuzzi, massage rooms, zen zone areas to read and relax, a professional gym, even an 18 Hole Golf Course designed by Nick Price (additional fees apply). You are more than welcome to exercise or walk among the massive open spaces all around the resort to explore the area.

The Neighborhood:
THE AREA
You are staying in Playa del Carmen, at the very end of the famous 5th avenue. In a nice walk distance from the bustle of international travelers and residents. This is the best area to look for high quality restaurants and cafes to enjoy the national Mexican cuisine as well as the skills of the best cooks from all over the world.
This residence is only 40km away from Cancun airport and 55 km from Tulum, one of the main attractions in Riviera Maya. Around you will also find the cenotes route, where you can try the uniqueness of fresh underground water, sacred for the Mayan culture. And, of course you cannot miss the wonderful Mayan Ruins of Chichen Itzá, Tulum or Cobá (to name some).
If you have any particular interest in restaurants, or activities in the area, we will be more than pleased to give you some recommendations to suit your tastes.

Getting Around:
Luxury resort located in Playa del Carmen where high standards apply in every home. An affordable luxurious environment with carefully designed and decorated homes in a vast area. It has a large swimming pool, great restaurants and bars by the beach and a private Caribbean beach where you can practice some sports like kayaking and paddle board, go snorkeling or just lay on the sand under the sun with the gentle breeze.
Although it is in a private condominium it is close to the 5th avenue of Playa del Carmen, the liveliest street in the city, where top shops, handicraft, restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, locals and tourists enjoy their time. Feel free to walk alongside the street and enjoy the Mexican tropical vibe.

Other Things to Note:
OCCUPANCY:

This unit allows up to 9 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 9 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

PARKING:

There is free parking available at the premises.

GATHERINGS:

We know you are coming to Tulum to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:

By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
