Como NBC, CBS, ABC y Fox para sus momentos relajantes. También tiene un reproductor de DVD en el dormitorio secundario. Parrilla de gas para asar en el patio y piscina privada en el solarium (en el segundo nivel). Dos espectaculares dormitorios principales, uno con vista parcial al mar, ambos con baño en suite. Arriba, principal con sala de estar privada justo afuera y su propia piscina climatizada. La cocina está cargada con todas las herramientas que cualquier chef podría necesitar y una barra larga para cócteles o para servir fácilmente. We loved our stay at the Elements. The condo was very comfortable and spacious and very well equipped. We cooked ourselves often as the groceries store was within walking distance, as we're multiple fabulous restaurants. Our concierge was very helpful and available for all needs. Thank you Lillian! It was so quiet and getting a pool or beach spot was never a concern. My husband doesn't want to ever stay anywhere other than the Elements again. The only negative for us, was the water pressure was very low, and the smell at the beach could be pretty bad some days.

Disappointed with having to throw food out due to constant ants in the kitchen, one of the bedrooms shower never had hot water, AC issues that got fixed quickly, broken lock on the back door, it remained unlocked during our whole stay.

We had a wonderful time and the pool was a deal maker! We had a few issues while there…toilet tank not filling up with water so wouldn’t flush( was fixed a couple days after we reported it to Lilian). Had some tiny ants in the kitchen, which never got addressed, but not a big deal. Overall, a very nice condo and in walking distance to 5th Ave and surrounding areas. Great vacation!!

Nice property

Good location, beach club was nice. Great pool. The unit has 3 bathrooms and a whirlpool tub, but only a 15 gallon water heater, it runs out of hot water in about 90 seconds when all 3 showers are in use. Could use a 50 gallon water heater for a unit with 3 bathrooms.

Superb location, excellent amenities on site

The 2 story penthouse apartment is very spacious and full of light from well placed windows. It's well equipped with excellent televisions in all bedrooms and living room (must log on to personal Netflix, Prime, You Tube), good kitchen equipment, ample plates, cutlery, etc.. There is no dishwasher and some small appliances (e.g. toaster) did not work or malfunctioned. Overall, the apartment is well maintained, though the living room carpet is coming up at the corners and poses a tripping hazard that we reported to the property manager. Furnishings are clean and in good repair. The complex has a wonderful, big pool, clean well maintained grounds, a superb gym with excellent workout equipment and free weights, and a well kept and truly lovely private beach with a very good beach cafe. Less positive, the security guard at check in had no idea who we were, no record of us renting the unit, and really struggled with getting us checked in and equipped with our wrist bands. The process took over 1/2 hour. In the end, he also recorded the wrong dates and the desk had us leaving almost immediately after we arrived. More positive, the property manager is wonderful, really friendly, professional and helpful. One very negative feature of our visit: pretty much every day for our entire stay there was a terrible stench, like raw sewage, very strong outdoors, sometimes almost as strong indoors. I presume, but don't know, that the source is rotting seaweed, which is pretty copious.

Absolutely fabulous. We have stayed at The Elements for the past 10 years and this was the most lovely of all of the properties. It was flawless. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful beachfront location

We were very pleased with our stay at PH8 in 'The Elements' property. The free on site parking, 7-11 across the street, clean, private beach and private beach front chairs were incredible.Our only downfall was that we thought we'd have an outdoor grill for cooking (shown in the pictures), and there was no dishwasher in the unit, but now know that was an oversite by me when booking.We would highly recommend this property anyone looking for a great, safe location in Playa del Carmen. Lillian was very prompt and amazing with answering any questions we had during our stay, as well as providing great restaurant options to us! Thank you!

Perfect condo and Lillian is the best!

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean, well stocked and just perfect! Great location and it's right next to a police station if that matters to anyone. Also right next to a great Italian place: Salento(Great pizza!). Pool was perfect as well. The best part was working with Lillian. I don't think I've ever had such great service! We had a few minor things break like the dryer knob and the pool pump and Lillian took care of them immediately and was in constant contact. She also checked in regularly, sent restaurant recommendations and even took care of all the transportation arrangements we needed. We had one of the kids get an ear infection and asked her about local doctors and she immediately sent us all the info we needed and checked back to make sure we were good. It was just so nice to have someone there to help us while in a foreign country! I could honestly go on and on about her great service!

Fantastic stay in playa de Carmen

We had a great spring break week staying at the elements. The unit is beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The pool is perfect, very large and not crowded at all. The beach club is very convenient to have right there. Neighborhood was very fun to walk around - plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The host Ann was very easy to work with. Lilian the concierge was so helpful and kind in setting up activities for the week and great advice for our week in PDC. Thank you so much for our great week!!

Great location and pool

Communication was excellent between the owner, manager and myself. Penthouse is in a great location in Playa del Carmen, just off of 5th ave, and within walking distance of restaurants, and grocery stores. Bed were super comfortable, and there were blackout blinds for all rooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Family Holiday

We just returned to Canada after our 12 day stay in this 2 level penthouse condo. Travelled with my husband, 2 young boys and my parents. We all had plenty of space in the condo and it had everything we needed! The host of the property was wonderful to deal with and the assigned concierge service that we received even before we arrived was wonderful. The grounds and pool area were very well kept, clean and secure. Best part is having the private beach for condo residence only. Had a wonderful Super Bowl party on the beach with 2 big screens and food! Only thing we all wished was that the pool was slightly heated. We could only hop in to cool off and then had to get out. Thanks again!!

Beautiful Stay in Paradise!

Lilian and her team did a wonderful job setting us up with everything that we needed! The penthouse is beautiful and perfectly located near so many wonderful restaurants! Just footage from a private beach. Couldn’t ask for much more!! Will definitely be back soon!!

Great Condo - Very Clean, Private, and Enjoyable

We had a great time in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. We opted not to stay in a traditional resort and instead rent through VRBO - we are beyond thrilled with this decision. The condo was very clean, well stocked, felt safe, and was super family-friendly. We ordered food and grocery deliveries through a local app. The Elements has a low-key vibe that allowed us to relax. The kids loved the pool and had a great time swimming. Renting the condo allowed us to walk to local shops and restaurants easily. If you want the best of both worlds, I recommend private rentals coupled with resort day passes. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Family Friendly Spring Break - Perfection

Finding great places for our family of 7 can be challenging. The property was beautiful. The pool area is great for all ages; different depth pools to serve up sun for all. A quick walk to tons of shops and great dining. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lilian was fantastic and a great help during our stay and after when we became stranded from cancelled flights. A beautiful and safe location for families.

Beautiful condo with all comforts of home

We had a great time in Playa for spring break 2023! The condo was very clean, and had just about every amenity we needed for the week. There is a 7 Eleven and a pharmacy right across the street from the condo, which we used, as well as tourist police outpost. We felt very safe. Popular 5th Ave was just a 12 min walk away with lots of shopping, and many restaurants. Ann Marie and the concierge Lilian were both great and very responsive. One note about the property: the private beach is pretty small and crowded, and the water is not ideal for swimming right there. You will want to walk down the beach a little ways if you want to swim. In the private beach-area, we did appreciate the food and beverage stand.

Great Experience

This was our first stay at The Elements. It was a great experience. Our condo was lovely. The owner was great to work with. Our concierge, Lillian was also great to work with. The staff was very helpful. We particularly enjoyed Edwardo, Ana, Engel,and Damian.The beach bar is a great amenity. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. We loved the area. It’s full of great restaurants. We enjoyed meeting so many other people staying at The Elements. We made some new friends.

Excellent property. Close to all the amenities but not too close to be noisy. Beach club in walking distance. Apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit made life very easy. Check in process was very smooth and property manager was available to answer questions we had. Overall, outstanding experience.

I am part of a happy family of five, with a husband and three boys who need to have someplace to go for the summer and relax and use up their energy! Our dream came true when we bought this property and we are so excited to have guests enjoy it as much as we do. We have put a lot of thought into the penthouse and we hope you feel at home and even a bit pampered. We are big on choosing the best service available and have paired up with a vacation management that also values excellence and service. We sincerely hope this will be reflected in our home. We love to relax, put meat on the grill and also go out for people watching at night to the famous Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) for a glass of wine or cold Mexican beer. During the day, our favourite activities include swimming in the Cenotes and discovering the many amazing beaches in the area. We are constantly looking for new experiences to enrich our children´s lives and this IS the real deal. Thank you for considering our property!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This area in particular means so much to us, since its beauty is so fresh and real. It´s full of jungle experiences and natural beauty, yet is close to necessities such as hospitals, the airport, shopping and fine restaurants. Every time we leave we are planning on our next vacation because really the possibilities are so varied and extensive. As Mexicans, we are so proud of our heritage, our natural resources, our food and people and want to share this with others.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We chose this property for several reasons, one being the fact that it is larger than other Penthouses, so we can comfortably fit our whole family in it! We made the kitchen larger by extending the granite bar and making it the center of attention. Since it is on the third floor, it is quieter than others. We are close to the action but just far enough away to feel like it is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the town center. We love that it has a convenient side entrance, easy parking and that The Elements has such great maintenance quality.
