Our cottage is nestled within The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake, a family-friendly community offering a serene and active environment. The property provides access to a private beach and marina, making it ideal for water enthusiasts. The clubhouse serves as the community hub, featuring swimming pools, hot tubs, and fitness center

For families, there's a playground and ample green space to enjoy. Scenic walking trails surround the community, perfect for peaceful strolls.

Oliver is known as Canada's Wine Capital, with numerous award-winning wineries such as Burrowing Owl Estate Winery and Tinhorn Creek Winery. The popular Area 27 race track is just a 15-minute drive, making it a convenient destination for motorsport enthusiasts.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, our neighborhood provides a welcoming base for your Okanagan getaway.


Guests will have access to the entire house as well as one parking stall. Included in your stay is also access to the clubhouse, which includes a pool, hot tubs, and gym.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 room with twin bunk beds + 1 single twin bed. Three full bathrooms provide ample space to ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy the open concept kitchen and living area with all the comforts from home. Spill over into the beautiful sunroom for the morning sunrise or a relaxing dinner. From the back patio you have a great view of the grass courtyard and Okanagan mountains on the horizon.

The clubhouse with pool, hot tub and gym is within sight of the home and just a short walk away. Follow one of the paved paths or walk along the grass to arrive at the private beach on Osoyoos Lake. With a mix of sand and grass, everyone is sure to enjoy spending time at the warmest lake in Canada.

While staying at the Cottages, you're just a 15 minutes drive outside of Osoyoos and Oliver. Nearby wineries, golfing and restaurants are all easily accessible by car. In the winter, you're a reasonable drive away from Mt. Baldy ski resort.

Parking
There is one parking stall in front of the cottage, with additional parking available a short walk away.

Amenities
The pools are open from the May long weekend through the end of September (exact dates may vary—please inquire if booking at the beginning or end of the season). One hot tub is available year-round. Please note that the pool and/or hot tub may close for maintenance at any time without notice; full or partial refunds will not be issued in such cases.
