¡Bienvenido a The Cottages, ubicado en el lago más cálido de Canadá! Esta encantadora casa se encuentra en la comunidad cerrada de Osoyoos Cottages en el lago, situado en el lado norte del lago Osoyoos. Esta cabaña moderna de nueva construcción está a solo minutos de bodegas galardonadas, campos de golf de campeonato y actividades al aire libre. La casa club de 7000 pies cuadrados tiene gimnasio, piscina climatizada, 2 jacuzzis, TV de 80 pulgadas, wifi y mesas de ping pong. Camine 2 pasos hacia la playa de arena blanca, juegue en la cancha de voleibol de playa, flote en la plataforma de buceo o simplemente camine por la comunidad. El complejo cuenta con fogatas en la playa y parque infantil.

Este es un complejo durante todo el año. No te pierdas el mejor festival de vinos de Canadá, el Festival de la Uva, en la primera semana de octubre. ¿Son sus hijos jugadores de béisbol? Echa un vistazo a Oliver's Big League Experience Summer Baseball Camps, a solo 15 minutos en coche. Además, a solo 1 hora y media de la estación de esquí alpino de Apex, para obtener el mejor polvo en Okanagan.

Esta acogedora casa de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños está a solo unos pasos de la playa privada. Esta casa de estilo cabaña de concepto abierto viene completamente amueblada. La luminosa y espaciosa sala de estar, comedor y cocina con capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente. La cocina abierta completamente equipada con un juego de comedor, especias básicas, cocina y utensilios para hornear. También cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una parrilla al aire libre.

La suite principal es un refugio tranquilo con una cama king size. Justo al lado del dormitorio principal está el baño con una ducha muy grande. Hay un segundo dormitorio arriba con otra cómoda cama king size y baño privado. El baño principal de arriba está totalmente equipado con una combinación de bañera / ducha y tocador con mucho espacio de almacenamiento. El tercer dormitorio tiene un conjunto de literas de tamaño completo y el cuarto dormitorio tiene un sofá cama Queen Size. Esta casa también cuenta con lavadora / secadora, así como aire acondicionado y calefacción geotérmicos. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas.

También hay una gran terraza en la planta superior del dormitorio principal, así como una cubierta cubierta y protegida en la sala de abajo.

Fabulous stay at Osoyoos

Our family had an absolutely fabulous time enjoying this home and the environment. Theresa was an excellent host answering our questions in a timely manner. This home suited our large group so well - lots of space for everyone!

Family vacay 2021

We had our annual family reunion trip planned for the last week of July 2021 - and a few days before our trip was to start the fires the Nk'Mip Creek fire started. Theresa was so gracious and patient as my family tried to decide if we were going to go up to The Cottages - sending daily updates on the conditions and never pressuring us to continue with our plans We really appreciated her!

The cottages has so much to offer ! Green spaces, walking paths, beautiful views and a safe, sandy beach beach. This is a top end property ideally located in the community.

Family Get Together

We have just moved our family home from Toronto to Vancouver. This get together was an opportunity to unwind and spend some valuable family time with our children and grandson. We had a great time here. The space was perfect for all. The access to the beach was wonderful and the pool and playground for our grandson was within a short walk. The outdoor patio and BBQ were used each night. Our overall experience was wonderful.

Family vacay 2020

It's not often that a rental exceeds your expectations - but this one did! This home comfortably accommodated our family with ages ranging from 1-65 years. The home was spotless and well equipped - this was the best stocked kitchen we've ever stayed at! The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding is oh so comfortable! The convenience of being right on the beach was fantastic - which goes without saying. Theresa was easily available via email for any questions that we may have had and was a gracious host. We loved this home so much we are already booked for next year!

We loved your place Theresa

We had a great two weeks. Lovely for both adults and the little ones. Very clean with comfortable beds. Nice to be able to sit outside at the table with a great view of the lake. Right beside the beach. We were also able to rent paddle boards near by in Osoyoos which was a lot of fun. Burrowing Owl winery was very close as well and a lovely place to have dinner. Theresa was a great host. Quick responding to our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. Randy and Brooke

We didn’t want to leave!

The pictures don’t do it justice!! This place is gorgeous! The kitchen was absolutely perfect and we spent most of our time in there or outside on the patio that overlooks the lake. People and their dogs walking by and chatting, everyone we met at the Cottages were so friendly and nice. Thank you so much for renting us your place, you helped make our reunion trip a memorable one!

Unbelievable Experience and Stay!

Can't say enough good things about the experience we had renting this property. Right from the start the owner was very accommodating and responded to my questions instantly. The property if you can believe it, looks better in person! You literally couldn't pick a better spot in the complex and the layout of the house is perfect. The owner has this house fully stocked with everything you would need/want. It was super clean when we arrived. She even had items for the kids such as a pack n play, bunk beds, beach toys, blankets, cutlery and plates. We already booked for next year! Amazing place - Highly recommend!

Amazing experience

We had a great time in this luxurious home with the perfect location for a family holiday. The house was very well equipped, lots more space that we were expecting and the owner was very responsive to questions before we arrived and also during our stay. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Excellent property in every way

This is a great place to stay. It is near wineries, in a quiet community and directly on the beach. The place is large and comfortable. Communication with the host was efficient and pleasant. I strongly recommend staying here.

Beautiful cottage on the lake!

Just spent 5 nights at this beautiful cottage which is a hop skip and a jump to the lake (literally). The cottage is new, clean and very spacious. Every convenience you can think of is here for you. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with your cooking needs. The view from the patio above or below is wonderful. Our 7 year olds had a ball in the lake. The lake was perfect for wading out to the dock or just floating around in a floaty in the sun. The pool was a couple minutes away by foot. We are planning to go again next year. Thank you Theresa for making this an easy trip to book and being so available for questions and concerns we may have had. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent - only positive surprises!

It was parents, our 2 daughters, and their families (including grandchildren 2, 9 and 12). The place was really perfect for us. Lots of space and really large rooms, especially the bedrooms, where each family sub-unit had their own space. Bunk beds for the 9 and 12 grandsons, with a TV in their room. A really well equipped kitchen, with every gadget we could reach for, including several coffee options. The place is brand new and perfect and has lovely matching furniture, and new sheets and towels, etc. with plenty of plates, dishes, cutlery, and gadgets of all kinds (and we're cooks!), and glasses for all occasions, all matching and new. Very good BBQ on the patio. It is literally on the beach, just across your perfect lawn (we don't see grass like that in Vancouver) with a volleyball court to the right and swing set to the left just a few steps. The overall development is lovely, just a 10 minute drive to Osoyoos or Oliver, and even less to several really good wineries. Try lunch at Kismet, dinner at Hester Creek, tapas at Burrowing Owl and tasting at Black Hills - all excellent and all 5 minutes away. Highly recommend this place, and Theresa was really easy to work with. We plan to return.
