The Space:

Set on a private 2,432 sq. ft. level lot, this home is a designer's dream. This stunning oasis is the perfect destination for those seeking the ultimate in comfort and leisure. A 4-bed, 3 bath home that can sleep 10 adults comfortably and one infant/child in the provided pack and play. Our property is extremely private while being just moments away from the beach, trails, local shops, cafes, restaurants, and the best outdoor activities.



This beautiful space has been designed with families and modern travelers in mind. Guests will be amazed by the gorgeous design, hotel style beds and linens, rooftop deck with views of the ocean, brand new jacuzzi, outdoor shower and fire pit, and large common areas comfortable for groups to relax after a day on the white sand beaches of Carlsbad.



The chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, inviting culinary adventures and gatherings. Enjoy the art of cooking while savoring the warm Carlsbad skies through large windows that flood the space with natural light.



Each of the four well-appointed bedrooms is a sanctuary of tranquility, offering plush bedding and sophisticated furnishings. The primary suite is a haven of indulgence, featuring a king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet, Nespresso machine and a private balcony where you can soak in panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and savor the ocean breeze.



The outdoor space is a paradise in itself, with a shimmering jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit, rooftop lounge, and a cozy patio perfect for al fresco dining or simply basking in the Mediterranean-inspired ambiance.



We’ve put great care into creating a space where friends and families will have everything they would want with upgraded amenities: lightning-fast fiber wireless internet, beach chairs and gear, bikes to ride to the beach & the village, a high-chair, toys and a pack n’ play for young children. Situated in close proximity to Carlsbad's renowned attractions, including pristine beaches, fine dining, and upscale shopping, grocery shopping, this property offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.



Please Note: While we do offer a hot tub, there may be times when it does not reach its full heating potential due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. We always strive to keep everything running optimally for your stay, but refunds will not be provided if the hot tub is not working as expected. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and direct access to the home. There are no shared spaces.



We have a large 2 car garage. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, there is ample free street parking on Hibiscus Street as well. Please do not park directly in front of the home or in the guest parking spots to the left of the property, even to unload your car. Please only park inside of the garage or on Hibiscus Street. We provide you and everyone in your group, smooth and safe access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

This small pocket of Carlsbad west of the 5 Freeway is in the highly sought after Coastal Zone. Our home is less than 5 blocks from the stunningly beautiful Tamarack Beach. A short 3 minute walk, Tamarack or Carlsbad State Beach is perfect for families, surfers and those who are looking to simply relax. There is also a large parking lot on the beach where families can also park if you'd like to drive instead. Everything you need is right here. You can walk everywhere and drive when desired with easy in and out access to the freeway and side streets.



Getting Around:

This location is hard to beat. Walking distance to many of Carlsbad's best features, it is also very easy to get Ubers or use the brand new bikes at our home, making it very easy to get to the beach, local bars and restaurants.



Guests love how convenient this location is, it’s a quick in and out from the freeway and close to everything.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy:

- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.

- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.

- Fee: $150; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.

- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.

- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.



*Please Note: Proximity to Carlsbad Coaster Train Line. To ensure a comfortable stay, we’ve provided blackout curtains, white noise machines, and disposable earplugs. We rarely receive any noise-related feedback, and most guests find that the proximity to the ocean far outweighs any sound from the train. 😊



The bunk bed room features a trundle bed underneath. Simply pull it out to create a cozy bed for a 9th guest!



We’re happy to provide champagne, wine, and/or chocolates upon request for an additional fee. Please feel free to inquire if you’d like to add any of these to your stay. 🍾

Cancellation Policy:

Our nightly rate includes a 3% credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This applies to all booking platforms and direct bookings, except for those made through Airbnb.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected events like flight delays, illness, or emergencies. While our cancellation policy applies as stated, travel insurance can help cover non-refundable costs and give you peace of mind before and during your stay.
