Serenity is surrounded by mature trees with spectacular color. located in a quiet, safe cove with main lake views only 15 minutes from food and specialty shopping by car and 10 minutes to lakeside amenities, restaurants, etc. and gas by boat. large screen smart TVs. Also an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit (wood is provided.) Swimming is safe and enjoyable in 10 feet of water at the end of the boathouse deck in a no wake zone. Guests are provided with floating chairs, water toys, life vests, a paddle board and kayaks; Decking with table and chairs are conveniently located next to the boathouse and are accessed by stunning, lighted rock and stone walkways. You feel absolutely secluded as the other homes are tucked out of sight among the trees.
The house is beautifully restored and updated with a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has a pass thru window to the oversized outdoor grill which sits on a fully furnished , 2 level deck overlooking the lake and boathouse. Enjoy more beautiful views from the living room (with cathedral wood ceiling) thru an entire wall of atrium doors accessing the deck. 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with direct access to private deck complete the first level along with a dedicated office/study (that can double as a nursery, )with high speed internet.
Descend the spiral stairway (with safety gates) to the lower level where your family will find another gathering area with new large screen smart TV, coffee bar and full refrigerator. The 3rd bedroom leads directly to a stone patio and private seating area. The 4th bedroom (sleeping 4) doubles in the daytime as a Wi gaming area with plenty of seating for fun and games. Also on this level is a convenient 3rd full bathroom.
There are 6 security cameras located at: the front door, front of house, side door, back upper and lower deck, and back lower level.
I want you to have a good time, but still be aware that safety and good neighbor concerns are a priority, this is a family house. The fire pit must be attended at all times and doused out with water at end of use. Noise and music should not be loud enough to cause neighbors concern. There is a 10:00 noise curfew, obey the no wake designations. If you want to invite extra daytime guests, please notify Miss Randy as to who is coming, and what time they will be leaving. There will be a limit of six cars on the property at any time.
