The location is very private in a back corner of the lake. Some areas could benefit from a thorough cleaning and refreshing. However, despite these imperfections, the space remained functional and manageable for our needs.

It was a perfect location. The house was great. We had a large group and everyone had room to gather. The extras were impressive—horseshoes, water toys, and a great dock for the boat, jet ski, water entry if you just want to play and float. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

Super spacious

The house fit all 13 of us very comfortably and still had more room for people. Equipped with everything you need. We want to come back in the summer cause outside looked like it would be a blast. The deck is so big we loved sitting by the fire out there.

Great Retreat Spot

Chose this property for a weekend retreat/meeting for our small non-profit board. The house had the perfect spaces for everyone to have privacy or quiet if needed, but to also gather for meals, downtime and our meeting. Communication was great, the house was as pictured and described. The only thing I would say is if you arrive in the dark, it can be hard to follow the roads, but the GPS is ACCURATE, so follow it! We really enjoy the house, it was well stocked with any of the promised items. kitchen things etc. The views are beautiful and in the somewhat off season it was very quiet.

Great week at the lake with my family

We have been renting lake house's for 12 years, Anchor management has a lot of amenities that most houses don't have.the house was very inviting, with plenty of seating inside and out. the boat dock had two wells AND A platform for jumping. there is a paddle boat and four wake boards for the kids. We had a blast. Walmart and Dollar store are just a few minutes away.

Annual Fishing Trip Success

Our group annually takes a fishing trip to the Lake for crappie and the occasional blue cat. There are 6 couples in our group and we have been taking this trip for the better part of a decade. This was a new location for us but we could not have been happier with our stay! The house was perfectly laid out for us. It was clean, well stocked, with excellent indoor and outdoor areas for hanging out, eating, and enjoying the Lake. The dock was wonderful for the boats. A few of the girls enjoyed the kayaks. And Maggies was a short trip to enjoy good drinks and yummy food! Highly recommend this property to anyone with multiple couples or large families! Pamela was excellent to communicate with and we are excited to return.

Nice place away from the crowd

Overall we were pleased a few minor things. No can opener and no griddle, two basic things for a fully stocked kitchen. good amount of spices. We called about lack of trash bags, there were only a few, but they were not delivered. had to buy some. again it is a nice place away from the crowds

Labor Day weekend

We loved getting to have a weekend away with extended family. Only a few questions of things. The listing said there were kayaks and canoes but we never saw them. The gas fire pit on the house deck would not work. No lights on under deck area. There were towels still in the dryer upon arrival and no laundry detergent. These weren’t major problems for us. We had a great time and enjoyed swimming off the dock and enjoying the covered deck to relax outside.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We do have staff available 24 hours per day available to respond to any questions you have during your stay. The kayaks and paddle boards are in the lower level of the home with a secured door along with many lawn games, cornhole, etc. There is quite a bit of information that arrives before your vacation, and the details of the location of lake toys, etc. can be missed - please reach out whenever you have questions. We will have maintenance review the fire pit as noted here to ensure it is working. With a guest departure the morning of your arrival, we did have to leave some of the towels on a dry cycle to finish drying. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the many amenities of the property overall. Anchor Management has such a wonderful space with the level yard and dock!
