Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach on a holiday weekend was both crazy and fun. The location of this unit makes it possible to park once and walk for food, shopping and sand. It is a beautiful condo easily able to accommodate our extended family of 8 with everyone having their own space. It was well stocked and maintained. I did have a question for the management and received prompt help. It was over all a great week.

Weekend get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and place was very nice. Stay was nearly perfect. Couple of things I would have liked to know ahead:deposit was very large (almost the cost of the rental), it took multiple weeks to be returned (although they said 3-5 business days when I checked out), and they retuned it via check instead of the original method of payment (so I had to pay it on my credit card to avoid fees). Another thing is that the sewer out front was cleaned during our stay, which was loud and smelled awful.

Great property right near downtown Pismo and the Pier!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much! The location was fantastic, and the place was very clean. When we reported a leaking toilet, they sent a plumber to fix it right away. The only negative thing I can say about this property is the high deposit they require (1500.) Other than that, everything was awesome and we will definitely stay here again!

Our Daughters live in SLO and our family likes to make a Summer trip South from the North bay to spend time with them. The access to everything was great, spots for the mid 20's kids as well as perfect for the pre teen and teenage grandkids. Plenty of room to prepare family dinners and play board games and cards. Steps from the beach and all the amenities. The staff at Seven Sisters were kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. And Kudo's to the housekeeping staff the home was clean and looked like a model. Thank you Seven Sister's we will book with you again next year.

Beautiful beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is beautiful and comfortable for our large family. It is conveniently located right across from the Pismo Beach Pier. We greatly appreciate the short walk to the beach and many great restaurants around the area. It has top of the line kitchen appliances which makes preparing meals easy. However, as stated in their house manual, this property doesn't provide any seasonings or cooking oil. It's inconvenient to have to travel with seasonings and wasteful (any leftover seasonings previously purchased by other guests are discarded). We stayed over new years and there's a bar right below the complex, it got really loud when it converted into a dance club at night. The noise level for other nights were tolerable. I would suggest bringing ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise at night.
