You won’t need a car, as you can walk to all of Provincetown’s best restaurants, boutiques and activities from here. Free parking is available few blocks away from the property.

great place in the middle of all the action

This little friendly stay was perfect for our family of five. great place in the middle of ptown, parking is a little bit of a hike, but the ease of waling around town from this location meant the car was fine to be tucked away.

Great location and place, but a little loud

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great, fun location and clean. Our only issue was that there was a night club located in the basement level of the same building which created a lot of noise. Perfect place for someone that doesn't mind that, or plans some late nights for themselves.

Great apartment in ideal Ptown location

Everything was excellent for our stay: easy check-in, comfortable beds, clean and well-decorated apartment, and the host even had a stocked bar cart that we could use, along with some fresh fruit and drinks in the fridge. Plenty of towels and linens, and there are umbrellas in case of rain (beach umbrellas can be rented at the bike shop down the street). The location is perfect, right in the middle of Commercial Street and the best restaurants and shops. The bus stops right behind the building to take you to the beaches. Wonderful place to stay and would definitely book again!

Perfect

We have been traveling to Provincetown every summer since 1999. We have stayed in many different places. Hotels, rentals, condos from Truro to PT. This property was amazing! Probably the nicest spot yet! The location was fabulous and right in the middle of town. Ivan has thought of everything! From a beautifully stocked bar to umbrellas for rainy days. This was absolutely perfect!

Overall, this was a great stay. The rental had EVERYTHING - laundry, little disposable slippers, umbrellas, alcohol, snacks, bandaids, you name it. It was very clean and well-maintained. The location was great. Right in the middle of Commercial Street and quick and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.The only downsides were that the noise from the bar on the basement level was very audible late into the night, and the bedrooms had flimsy blinds, but no curtains, so the bedrooms didn't get very dark (the rental is in the heart of everything, so there were streetlights on all night right outside). All in all, sleep was tough.Additionally, when checking in, keep in mind that Commercial Street is narrow, highly populated, and a one-way street, so if you're driving, you probably won't be able to pull over to unload ON Commercial St. very easily. And the designated parking spot is 0.6 miles away. Unloading and getting everything up to the rental, and getting the car where it needs to go required a bit of creative logistics and teamwork.

Horrible Experience

My host double booked the stay, did not cancel the reservation, and I ended up spending most of my afternoon on the phone trying to work out a refund. Ruined my friend's bachelorette weekend.
