2 Bedroom Cozy Townhome near downtown Fort Collins

Awesome 2 Bedroom townhome just north of Old Town in Fort Collins.

You'll have the place to yourself to enjoy during your vacation, trip or whatever brings you to town.

Located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this house is located in a very charming newer neighborhood.

You should have everything you need, towels, linens and toiletries. The kitchen will be stocked and able to cook a meal for all. We'll cover entertainment as well with TV's in every room.

All bedrooms all have King beds and are super comfy! Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is also an office area that has a queen bed setup for additional sleeping. No doors however!!

The sofa in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, if you need sleeping arrangements for up to 8.

Each bedroom has a 55" TV with a roku streaming stick. The living room has a 55" TV and also has a Roku streaming Stick.

Seating at the kitchen counter can hold up to 3 and there should be enough dinnerware to serve more than that. There is also an adjacent dining area with table and seating for 6!

Very nice townhouse. We loved having a garage. Host was so great to help us get our football game on TV. Excellent! Extra batteries would have been a plus, but we Loved this place!

Wish we were here longer

We were so shocked when we walked in. The house is gorgeous, super clean, and has an overall calming atmosphere. We were so exhausted after a day traveling and out in the sun and this was the perfect place to come back to. All the rooms were super comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Location to explore and enjoy Ft Collins

We appreciated this condo’s great location and amenities. Everything was really clean, roomy and comfortable for our family. We were able to enjoy the old downtown as well as drive out to the National park. The owner was very responsive with answering questions. We walked to the Lyric and would highly recommend that for entertainment if you are looking for something out of the ordinary. The food trucks were convenient as was a cool brewery. Thanks so much!

Beautiful, Great Location!

We had a fantastic experience in Fort Collins. A beautiful townhouse- kitchen well stocked, modern, clean, comfortable. Communication was clear and quick! Great location walkable to many of the local attractions and a close drive. Would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful

Lovely home with all the style and comfort you can need. Space galore, without feeling overwhelming. Extra little touches (soft blankets and cool fans) made it feel tailored just to us. Would recommend to any group (from 2-?) who wants a quiet place away from the town, while still being in town. Was perfect for a week away from home while exploring CSU.

Comfortable stay

First time visiting Fort Collins and we were happy with this place and the location. Plenty of room for 4 adults, nice kitchen, comfy beds. Garage was nice to dry our boots and waders and the fishing was great on the Poudre. Only thing needed was a tea kettle.

Fabulous place to stay. Friendly neighbors with ample parking and good places to walk. Well located close to grocery stores and places to eat. Lots of choices for activities. Kitchen well stocked and ample room to fix a meal for sizable family. Host very responsive. We plan to return.

Fantastic host, great townhome.

The location is a couple minutes from the heart of old town, so very convenient. When we arrived it happened to be one of the hottest days of the year, and the AC seemed to be acting up. The host Justin was FANTASTIC. He immediately brought extra fans, and arranged to have the AC fixed the next morning, and in addition offered to move us to a hotel for the night if we were not able to sleep comfortably. AC was repaired the next morning, and worked great for the rest of the stay. Bed was comfortable, house was stocked with everything we needed.

Great open space and private space

Stayed 2 nights with 3adults and 2 teenagers (3 generations), and it was a perfect space for us. Downstairs is large open kitchen, dining, living that we could all hang out together. Upstairs bedroom spaces allowed teenagers to get away as desired. Cute, new, quiet residential neighborhood north of Old Town that felt safe for late evening walks. Space was clean and newly furnished. Bonus find We’re the Woozoo fans in the bedrooms! Would definitely use again for a return visit.

New and Clean property close to all the happenings!

Picked this house as it was close to my work obligations but was pleasantly surprised of its proximity to all the great things happening in North Fort Collins including New Belgium Brewery and Old Downtown area!
