Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for basketball tournaments. Everything is basically within a 20-30 min drive. It was great! We will be back next year.

Good stay

The apartment was clean and the location was perfect to where the pool was. The only issue was that we would wake up at 2am because the thermostat would change to 76 fegrees

Great convenient location and property

Condo was in perfect Laval, right beside main pool. Well appointed and clean. Only recommendation is for owner to remind new guests to register all member's name staying as this is required upon entry to gated community. They won't let you in unless they have it. Member of our party checked in first and was denied entry because if this. This is stated in welcome email just before we came, but it's at the bottom of a lengthy email, which was missed.

March Break Stay @ 301C

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent March break 2024 at the unit and had a great stay. The unit was clean and bigger than we expected, very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, lot of dishes, pots/pans, Tupperware, all the basic things you need. There were lots of spare towels and the bathrooms are in good condition. Location of the unit is great, steps to the back entrance of the pool but by facing the parking lot you don’t get the loud pool noise/music early in the day. We even watched the SpaceX launch from the Windsor Hills pool. Property manager kept in touch with us during our drive to Florida and got us access to the unit a few hours early as we had requested. Thanks again.

Our Stay

We usually stay in a home there at Windsor Hills. Since this was a quick trip thought we would try out the condos. His place was clean and nice. It was quiet. If you want to wake up to morning sun on your face this is not the place the balcony stays shaded which is great for the summer when weather is so hot down there. But for this time of year I would have enjoyed being able to catch some sun off of the balcony. Other then that it was very clean which is a high priority for us. Plus beds were good for a good nights sleep. The other thing we noticed is he had some hand soap there some other little things we didnt have to run out and buy. Which we usually dont see in the houses we rent.

Great Condo, Love Windsor Hills

The condo was exactly as described and the responsiveness of the host was phenomenal. We had another condo booked through a different site that got cancelled the day before we were to check in. We booked this unit and within the hour had a rental agreement and check in procedures. Saved the day for us. Would definitely stay here again!
