BEACHFRONT 3 BR, 3 BATH CONDO NEWLY RENOVATED-GORGEOUS

SPECTACULAR VIEWS, ENTIRE APARTMENT THAT IS TRUE OCEANFRONT. Relax while sipping your morning coffee from your private balcony, while watching the sunrise over the ocean!!! Enjoy the beach, pool or hot tub, where total relaxation, tan lines and family fun await. Prepare a picnic lunch in your beautiful kitchen to bring with you or head back to the condo whenever for whatever you may need!

Surfmaster by the Sea offers elevator access to all units with luggage carts to help you transport bags and groceries to and from your car. We have 2 pools and hot tubs with gated access to both the pool and the beach. There is ample parking (some covered) with 7 foot clearance. Parking spaces are reserved for Surfmaster guests only (2 allotted spaces). Parking passes are provided and must be displayed on the rearview mirror. Vehicles not displaying the pass are subject to immediate towing in accordance with our HOA rules. No golf carts are permitted.

The surrounding area offers great coastal dining offerings, some of the country’s best golf courses, plenty of nightlife, sunset cruises, state parks and fun for the whole family! Our "Family Tides" beach retreat is located in family oriented Garden City Beach on the Grand Strand in South Carolina. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is 1,570 square feet with floor to ceiling glass across the entire ocean side, a private balcony with sliding glass doors from both the master bedroom and living room which offers breathtaking views both day and night! It is the perfect spot to take in a morning sunrise or to share evening cocktails while looking off to the west for a glimpse of that days sunset!

The local area offers something for everyone. Garden City Pier is just one mile to the south and the Marsh Walk at Murrells Inlet is only 4 miles down US-17 BUS. The Marsh Walk offers live entertainment, wonderful restaurant options, fishing charters, boat tours, as well as watersport options. Myrtle Beach is 8 miles north of Garden City, where you will find some great attractions; your crew will be able to explore everything from hiking trails and nature centers to fishing piers and mini golf.

We are located near some of the best golf courses in the state. Whether you're an avid golfer or someone that only golfs from time to time, there is a course for you.

This unit is located in the South Tower. Cleaning service and linens are included. Smoking and pets are not permitted and our minimum age for renters is 25.

Everything was perfect. It was clean and the kitchen is stocked unlike any place I’ve ever stayed before. There wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t there. We loved the views from the balcony and my grandson enjoyed the games that are in the condo! Also everything you need to enjoy a beach day is there, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards… you name it, this condo has it! We will def be back! And the owner Terri, she is great!! She answered any questions I had, and promptly! The attention to detail there is amazing. The decor is wonderful. You won’t find a better place to stay!

Perfect in Every Way!

We were blessed to stay in this home two years ago and were thrilled to stay there again!! The condo is as fabulous now as it was then! The home has everything you could need to feel like you are at home! It has a great view of the ocean, and is quiet, clean & comfy! The decor makes you feeling like you are living upscale but still beachy! The host is quick to respond to questions and is incredibly thoughtful! Can’t wait to book this for a third time!!

Relaxing Family Vacation

The property was absolutely stunning. Well kept, clean, and very welcoming. The way the cleaning staff laid out the towels I felt like we walked into a 5 star hotel. The property owner was very nice and communicated well in advance on the property how to get in tips and tricks and it was an overall refreshing experience. They even kept us well informed about the weather situation down there as our arrival was slated for just a couple days post the hurricane. I can’t thank them enough for opening their home and just the level of communication from them. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Best condo on the beach

This condo was absolutely beautiful the owners were available at all times to answer any questions. All you needed was your swimsuit and flip flops. The owners provider everything from umbrellas boogie boards to beach chairs. Spectacular ocean view and well stocked kitchen. Definitely have repeat customers.

Amazing Condo

This has been the best beach trip my family and I have ever experienced!! Terri was an absolute pleasure to work with and if I ever had any questions I could email her and she always responded quickly. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the cleaning was spot on!! I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the past 10 years and this has been the best experience I have ever had! I highly recommend Terri and her Condo and I look forward to working with her again !!

60th Birthday Celebration of My dreams

Condo was amazing! Don’t take anything except a swimsuit because you have absolutely EVERYTHING you need provided in this unit! Host is AMAZING before, during, and after your trip checking on us to make sure we were having a great time. Walking distance or short Uber to everything. Can’t wait to go back

We had such a wonderful time at this condo. The views were AMAZING and the condo itself was updated so beautifully. We had everything we needed from beach chairs to towels to kitchen stuff. The hosts were so accommodating and we will definitely be staying again. Loved, loved, loved our stay!!

What an awesome condo. It was exactly as advertised. Great view, very clean, recently remodeled. Terri, the owner, was an excellent host. When we go back to Surfside / Garden City, we will be staying here again. Usually I have something to complain about or a significant improvement to suggest to an owner, not this time!

AMAZING!

This incredible condo was everything presented and more!!! It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully convenient. The owners had considered everything guests would want and need and provided it in the very best way. I will return over and over...I will never stay anywhere else, if this lovely condo is available. Amazing property and host!

Our family booked our annual Labor Day trip and stayed at this condo. We were blown away! Terri is amazing, very responsive and so helpful!! The condo is beautiful, spacious and has everything you could ask for!! We’ve already booked our next stay and will come back for years to come! You can’t go wrong with this condo or this host!! Highly recommend!!
