Esta hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra directamente en las playas de arena blanca y azucarada de la playa de la ciudad de Panamá. CERO pasos a la playa - ��Ya estás ah��!

El hogar tiene aproximadamente 2700 pies cuadrados con excelentes vistas del GULF desde casi todas las habitaciones y pantallas planas y DVD en el gran salón y las 4 habitaciones. El hogar también cuenta con 2 suites principales y una gran sala enorme con mucho espacio para grandes momentos, como la mesa de futbolín. La suite principal del piso superior cuenta con su propio balcón privado, también con impresionantes vistas al golfo.

Disfrute de las puestas de sol desde la espaciosa terraza de 53 X 13 pies con el nuevo jacuzzi privado para 7 personas, el amplio juego de comedor para 6 y la mesa de picnic para los niños. Excelente diseño para grupos grandes!

La cocina está totalmente amueblada con todo lo que necesita. La mesa de la cocina grande tiene capacidad para 8 para que los grupos grandes puedan cenar y 4 asientos más en la barra de la cocina. Cada rincón de esta hermosa casa ha sido recientemente renovado. El hogar tambi��n cuenta con estacionamiento para botes, motocicletas y veh��culos recreativos (hasta 6 autos). Great location with private access to the beach and fabulous views! Home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Hot tub provided amazing relaxation. My only nudge would be to add a high table and chairs to the porch that places you higher than the porch rail. We will look for this location again for future visits!

Very clean and roomy, great location with a convenience store across the street and a nice grassy area for the dog with a 10 sec walk. Hot tub was amazing and beach was not crowded as it’s just past the high rise condos. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

We hadn't stayed that far west of the Pier but the location proved to be perfect for us. House was big enough for our family. Had everything we needed. Beach was not overcrowded compared to the surrounding area. We had a great time. Check in process worked as described.

Beachfront stay

We came here for a relaxing stay with the family!It is a nice place, problems, the shower head fell a part. My biggest reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star, you couldn’t open the windows from our room to listen to the ocean. It was locked and you would get charged if you opened it. The house is very comfortable and convienent.

Beautiful for a Wedding

We had our wedding here and it was beautiful! Sunset was perfect. The managing team is awesome to work with and text right back. The house is spacious, location is great, beach is beautiful. I recommend 10/10! Thank you for allowing events at this perfect place!

Wonderful location almost private beach.

Pleasant surrounding, close to store for groceries. Close by restaurants. Not too crowded. All appliances work and great hot tub. Very short walk to beach. Comfortable stay.

Our family of 10 (counting signifigant others) spent the second week of Jan. at the property. The owner was easily accessable by phone and was very helpful. Everything was as described and we were very satisfied. Value was good. Recommend without reservation.

Perfect getaway for the week!

This property was impressive. It looked just like the pictures. We loved having the hot tub to use right on the beach. We were sad to go! There is a convienence store right across the street that we could run over to when we needed items. The store makes homemade pizza, wings, and salads which was an easy fix after a long day at the beach. The beach in front of the house was super clean and never crowded. It was perfect!

We were unable to make our trip due to Hurricane Michael. The whole staff was very helpful in keeping us informed of everything that was going on. The staff was considerate and understanding a gave us a full refund. We plan to try and book with them in the near future!

Excellent place, beach not crowded, plenty of utensils in the kitchen, beds slept good, hot tub clean, walkway to the beach was helpful as I am a senior. Walkway also had shower on it, hose at the back door. Huge amount of space. Grocery across street for quick purchases. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Great Location

This was our first trip to PCB and the use of Vrbo. The location of this house was great. It was a short drive to just about anything we wanted. Although there are a few items that need attention it did not interfere with our stay. The beach was just a few steps from the house. I do think that updated deck furniture would make the stay much more enjoyable. The hot tub was in working order and clean (cleaning service came while we were there). The house furniture has been well used but not in disrepair. The kitchen area was clean and organized well. The listing did not indicate there was a blender but we were happy to see one. All things considered I would more than likely rent this house again.

Location is good but there were so many short cut and cheaply maintained areas we were not impressed. Note- we own a vacation home so we had scrutinizing eyes. The doors leading outside could be pushed open even when locked. The deck leaks so you can’t sit under it when it’s raining. The bedding was terrible including the pillows. There are no throws or throw pillows for napping- or rugs to remove sand except for one pitiful little rug off the deck. The patio furniture was old and cheap, the jets in the tub didn’t work, the foosball table is uneven and can’t be used. The kitchen was adequate and the space is good- just everything in it was sub par. For 4k for the week, we expected more.

Christmas on the beach

The view and location to the ocean is fantastic! The home had plenty of rooms and bathrooms and the layout was functional for larger families. The kitchen appliances were newer; it was nice and large and well stocked. The parking was easy and large enough to hold an RV or multiple vehicles, and it was really great being across the street from a convenience store. The pier was a short drive away, and Seaside was within half an hour. The water stayed hot for showers, dishes, laundry. It smelled so good walking into the house, like if you could bottle summer, and the view is just breathtaking. However the house was in need of a deep clean and several repairs. The overhang does leak when it rains. The deck furniture has seen better days. The windows do not open and are rotted. There are no beach towels, chairs, or equipment (other than some skim boards) so bring your own. The foosball table leans. The upstairs master bedroom door to the balcony is missing screws and hinges, and is hanging on with one hinge so it does not open or close correctly. Also you cannot see out of it clearly because the pane seal is broken and it’s fogged up. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath does not work. If you are expecting to relax and soak in this tub it is not going to happen. Nor will you be able to relax and soak in the picturesque hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean. This hot tub appears to have not been in working order for a while. We had messaged the the owner prior to booking as it was a deciding factor in our search, and had chosen this particular house specifically for the hot tub with that view. It was on our “bucket list”. When we contacted them again after seeing it was not working, the owner lied and said they sent someone to look at it and a part has been ordered, “and we hope it will come tomorrow”. No further communication other than offering $150 refund. There was trash behind the hot tub that is very old and hasn’t been cleaned up in a while; beer cans and broken mats. All unacceptable at this price point. Basically if you are ok with no hot tub, no jacuzzi tub, being lied to, and are just needing the large space and views of the ocean then this house is for you.

Was great overall!

Me, my husband, our three kids, mom, brother, and aunt all stayed here. Tbere was plenty of space for everyone! The beach was clean and not crowded. Amazing location. A convenient store was rigjt across the street. We walked over just about everyday. Thomas donuts and an alvins is a 10 min walk from here. There were some surf boards beside the hot tub. Loved to rustic wood floors in the rooms.

Great location but needs work!

Let me start by saying the location of this house is amazing! The layout is fantastic BUT there are several things that need attention. When we arrived at the house I took pictures and notified the manager of the obvious things. We noticed the cleaners did not do a good job of dusting- my 6 year old ran her hand across the border at the top of the stairs and yelled “it’s snowing” because there was so much dust. When we arrived we also noticed the downstairs master smelled like vomit. We called the cleaners number and she came out to spray odoban. This helped the smell but I believe it was in between the boards and there was no getting it completely out. The wood floors are beautiful but are not sealed so they pinched our feet if we weren’t careful how we stepped. While the cleaning lady was there we also mentioned the shower in the upstairs master smelled foul- she cleaned it but while cleaning it broke the shower head. She told us she would tell the manager but no one came to replace it so those using that shower dealt with a hard stream of water. Luckily we didn’t have any children small enough to have to worry about things being put in their mouths since the tile floor isn’t sealed either and pieces of grout were literally coming up. The back porch is fabulous but isn’t sealed properly so we couldn’t sit out there when it was raining or we would get soaked from the water pouring through. For the price we paid for the house we didn’t expect things like: the bathroom door not closing all the way, the closet door upstairs hanging off the track, the windows all need to be replaced because they are rotted, the light being out above the stove as well as one of the outside lights and the ice maker not working in the fridge. I don’t blame the managers but feel as though maybe they need new cleaners because these are things that need to be checked in between guest. We have been staying in houses in PCB since I was a kid and we have never had these issues at this price point. We had a great week and made the best of it but we definitely would have enjoyed our stay more if the house had been kept up.

Spring Break with the girls

We really enjoyed the property. It definitely could use a good sprucing up. It was also not an ideal layout. The winning piece was the deck and access to the beach. If not for that it would have been disappointing. Could have been a lot cleaner as well.

Amazing location on the beach

Sandy Bottoms offered us a perfect Covid friendly family getaway. The house is incredibly clean and has almost everything we need for a weeklong stay (except paper products and travel size shampoo/conditioners in the bathrooms). This home is just steps from an uncrowded sugar beach and turquoise gulf waters. It is close to many stores and we definitely used the services of Blu Deli and Convenience store across the street. This property is the perfect location for a quiet, restful and stress-free get away. The only downfalls of this property are the pictures do not show the current condition of the property and it is showing the wear and tear of being a rental for many years. For example, the upstairs master bedroom balcony has a rotted out door with leaking glass so you do not get the views displayed in the pictures provided. Also, it does not seem like it is a safe place to venture out on for a cup of coffee or watch the sunset. The outdoor furniture has seen better days and the gas grill does not include propane so it is completely worthless to renters. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as Ben and his team are top notch and this property definitely provides an amazing beach experience for families and friends.

While the location of this house cannot be beat, the cleanliness was not up to par. A fresh coat of paint in the high traffic areas would do wonders to the house. Some deep cleaning is needed to make this house worth the money.

Perfect stay for my family

I love that this house had two master bedrooms and it is pet friendly. The kitchen is stocked nicely. The grill outside needs to be replaced, but other than that, this was a perfect vacation for our family. I would definitely stay there again.

Best Vacation Ever

When we got to our rental house, we were ecstatic that the pictures correctly represented the house and area. The house was so roomy and the beds/bedrooms were comfortable giving us the space we needed for all of our guests. The patio is the perfect hangout area with the covered area, open area, hot tub and quick walk to the beach with a beach shower. We had the time of our lives and I cannot thank Ben Golden enough for all he did to help make this happen. We are already planning our next vacation and hope to stay in the same house again. Beautiful, well-kept home!!
