The only thing that seemed wrong was the pool. It doesn't seem to be ten foot by twenty foot. But was nice.

Loved this house

It was a wonderful rental! Everything was perfect, the washing machine didn’t work, but we did t figure that out until the day before we left when we tried to wash clothes. Other than that everything was perfect!

Spring Stay

The Good- House was clean and the description is accurate. Great Views and location. The Gas grill is brand new, never been used. House was well supplied with towels etc. The Pool was clean. The home vacuum was broken, but they replaced it within the hour with a new one. The Bad- Cracked Tile in some places and the down stairs A/C did go out on the last day. They were quick to get someone out to look at it.

Terrible Neighbors

The house looked great from the street. Then you see all the deferred maintenance. The pool was not usable or serviced at all during our week there. Directly across the street are rental homes with poor management. Their renters music was so loud, we were miserable. They were yelling obscenities and using foul language. They tried to start fights with our boys and our girls could not go on beach or to cars without being harassed. I am aware this is not our owners problem but it sure made for a tuff week for us!

Great location

Great location, amazing property staff that were prompt and very friendly and professional. Clean house, minor cosmetic issues lie- some cracked title, crack sink in master bath. Nothing in my opinion that would ruin the stay. My only issue with the house was that we had paid for a house with a pool. Upon arrival the pool was not functional, as the water level was below the “eye” of the pump ( obvious leak) I contacted property management immediately (Monday evening) and they notified me that a member of their Maintenance team would be out to assess the issue the next day. Friday evening the gentleman showed up (very friendly, professional and explained why he was unable to show up earlier on the week.) however by that time the pool water level was well below the ladder rungs. Pool was unusable the entire week.

Beautiful beach pretty good location with a WORN OUT house. When I pay 12,000 a week for a house it should not have rotted wood everywhere.stains throughout,nasty old berber carpet with stains everywhere a barbecue grill covered in rust. If you’re going to charge 12k a week put some money back into the house. Cracked sink in master, no door to master bathroom so your spouse or “guest” will get to join you during bowel movements lol. I suggest a total interior remodel or cut the price by 50%

Amazing location!

The view, proximity to the ocean and overall space of the house was superb! We cooked all of our meals and enjoyed all the kitchen cooking supplies and utensils. It was easy to find and had plenty of parking. There many chairs and seating options available inside and out. The giant deck had railings and gates all around that kept our pet safe from getting out. There were some maintenance needs , but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. We will definitely book here again!

Beach stay!

Overall property is great. Right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Everything was very clean except doors and cabinets had quite a bit of stain on from use. Plenty of room for a big group to eat and sit comfortably. A little dated but a great place to stay. Plenty of parking also. It was very quiet during our stay….no rowdy people or parties. Would definitely stay there again.

Needs maintenance and upgrade

Air conditioner went out twice. Grill was so nasty we could not use it. Since we were staying two weeks we had planned to grill a lot. Cooktop and oven need replacing. You had to run the dryer three cycles for clothes to get dry. Lots and lots of sand in carport and driveway. We tracked it in all week. Just need some TLC. In hindsight I would not have paid this much money for this house

Beautiful setting

The house was beautiful and as expected. The inside was spotless. I rated the cleanliness a 4 as the outside of the home needs attention. When we arrived the pool area had two broken chairs and a black garbage back with trash in it laying on the pool deck. The back deck that leads to the beach had cigarette butts everywhere and broken glass on one set of stairs, beer cans in the area between house and beach. We called the rental company and they sent someone to pick up the butts and glass. she said they couldn't help what blew up from the beach (talking about beer cans) but didn't pick them up. As for broken chairs at the pool she advised the owner had been notified they needed replacing. I moved them to the corner of the pool so no one would hurt themselves trying to sit in. I also threw away the black garbage bag of trash myself. Overall the house and setting were beautiful and what we needed to accommodate our family.

Great Except…

Everything was great except the pool. The pool had not been cleaned at all. When the pool man came to service the pool there was an extreme exaggeration on his part as to how many vehicles were parked there but he never came to the door to speak with us about moving. You are allowed 8 vehicles (we had 7). Eight vehicles will not fit, go with 6. The house itself is older, but great for young adults and families with small children. Great access to the beach! I also recommend a beach service for chairs and umbrellas (we used Ed’s).

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

House had lots of room/bathrooms and the beach was right out the back door. And everything we wanted to do was easily gotten too! The rental process was super easy! Will be booking with Vrbo again!

Friends Reunion

The location of this property is perfect. The beach is beautiful. We spent most of our time on the deck and beach. Overall the house and furniture need some attention. It is getting dated and worn out. It would have been great if the house included beach chairs for renters to use. The tubs and floors needed some deep cleaning. All that said, we would rent this property again.

Great size

The house was a great size! Rooms were big, appliances appeared upgraded from original pictures and view was amazing! The property management company was also very easy to work with and had a great response time. I would stay in this house again or one managed by this management company.

Nice house for younger families

The OK... bathrooms were dated and several faucets leaked. The commodes would sometimes get jammed and have the fix it (not a problem for adults but kids would just leave them that way and I know it would cause septic issues< get to that in the bad...) there were not 8 parking spots. 6 full size SUVs or trucks yes but unless you drive 8 Smart Cars there you can not fit 8...

The location of the house is beautiful the house is big but the cleaning of the house was not good.

Property is good but the house keeping personal did a poor job of cleaning it toilet had urine all over it. It was not properly clean the kids didn't get a chance to use pool because it was filthy.

Great stay!

We stayed here over spring break and it was great! The house is in good shape and right near anything you need. The beach seemed private as we were never even close to crowded. Many restaurants right nearby and a couple within walking distance. We will stay here again for sure!
