The space
Exterior:
As you approach the vacation home, you'll be greeted by a beautifully landscaped garden with lush tropical plants and picture-worthly scenery. The property boasts a modern architectural design, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The exterior features a spacious terrace and a private swimming pool, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. There are also comfortable outdoor seating areas for delightful gatherings and alfresco dining.

Bedrooms:
Inside the vacation home, you'll find three elegant and well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a tranquil sanctuary for relaxation. The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a blend of contemporary style and local charm. The comfortable beds are adorned with high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Ample closet space and storage are available to keep your belongings organized during your stay.

The maximum capacity of this villa is 10 guests however, the price may vary depending on the number of people staying at the house. If you need to squeeze in more guests, let us know, we have a high-end air mattress that we can place for you

The vacation home offers three and half luxurious bathrooms, designed with modern fixtures and finishes. These bathrooms feature walk-in showers, elegant vanities, and provided towels. With a sufficient number of bathrooms, convenience, and privacy are guaranteed for all guests.

The open-plan living room is furnished with plush sofas and chairs, creating a cozy space for relaxation and socializing. A TV with streaming services is available for entertainment. The vacation home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a range of cookware, utensils, and serving dishes.

This vacation home offers excellent accessibility to both the center of Tulum and the stunning beach. Located in a prime location, it is within a short distance from the city's vibrant downtown area, where you'll find a plethora of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Additionally, the beautiful beach is easily accessible; only an 8-minute drive, allowing you to enjoy the crystal-clear waters, white sandy shores, and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

The house is located in a quiet community, loud noise is not allowed after 10 pm in order to comply with Mexican laws
Only registered guests in the reservation are allowed to enter the premises
Daily Cleaning (no change of towels & sheets as per environmental purposes)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TULUM

If We Respect Nature, Nature Respects Us

This villa is located in a unique ecological area where we try to be as respectful as we can of nature. We would highly appreciate it if you do not litter in the surrounding areas; respect animals in their natural habitat; turn off lights, minimize air conditioning, and do not leave it on when you are out. If you have to use the air conditioner, please set it at a similar temperature to the environmental temperature. The lower the setting, the higher the energy the conditioner uses. We depend on the environment for survival, and so does the environment rely on us for survival. We appreciate your collaboration with these simple steps that go a long way to conserve the environment.
Tulum is a magical place where you can explore the Mayan ruins, immerse in the jungle, enjoy sacred cenotes & swim in the beautiful Caribbean sea.

Our beautiful town is currently going through a significant change, and it is in constant real-state growth. Please review the following information as it might give you a better idea of daily-basis life in this lovely place.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
• Due to the constant growth previously mentioned, there might be construction nearby by the time you arrive
• The working times are usually from 9 am to 5 pm but sometimes can be extended from 8 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday.
• Depending on the construction development stage, there might be loud and annoying noise.
• Unfortunately, these situations are out of our hands, and there is nothing we can do about it
• We will try to help as much as we can to make your stay as memorable as possible, but some situations are just out of our control

FAUNA
Tulum is the house of many species of animals. With that being said, you might encounter an animal of some sort, do not be alarmed! Some common animals include the green & loggerhead turtle (an endangered specie), crocodiles, stingrays, lots of tropical fishes, jungle mice, opossums, coatis, jaguars, jaguarundis, anteaters, tarantulas (not dangerous), and more. This area of México also houses a variety of insects such as spiders, praying mantes, butterflies, and more.

Most of our villas are surrounded by jungle areas, and due to all the change & construction, these lovely animals are trying to find a new home or are just passing by. If you are lucky enough to be in the presence of any of these animals mentioned above, please do not kill them, let us know so we can take them back safely to their environment
Note: no jaguars can be found near Tulum anymore

BASIC SERVICES
Tulum is still a small town, and the infrastructure of basic services such as electricity, water, internet, phone, etc, was never made for such high demand (fortunately, our government is working on it)

These services might be disrupted from time to time for different reasons, it could be due to weather (if it's too windy, if it rains, or even if the service company disconnects the service in order to do some maintenance) All of this is totally out our hands but we will do our best to help in case this happens during your stay

HURRICANES
Quintana Roo is located in an area of the world where hurricanes can affect us. We recommend getting Travel Insurance with full coverage in case your stays need to be canceled for this reason or any other situation related to this matter
