**This is a second floor unit, and there are only stairs. No elevator**

The Space:
The studio apartment boasts two queen sized beds, providing a restful sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge and a 2-burner stove, allowing you to prepare your own meals and snacks at your convenience (basic cookware is provided).

After a day of sightseeing or wine tasting, pamper yourself in the bathroom, complete with a refreshing bathtub. Treat yourself to a soothing soak and wash away the day's adventures. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your comfort and convenience.

In addition to its fantastic location and well-appointed amenities, this studio apartment also offers complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay. Annual Traverse City trip

It was small but had everything we needed to make comfortable. It was basically centrally located to everything we wanted to visit. The bathroom door did not close. We read that in a review but assumed this had been taken care off. It was not. Also the light in the bathroom did not work well. The overhead light did not switch on at all and the one on the wall was solar and needed to be charged on our phone charger to stay on for longer than 15 sec. We could not manage to get the Tv to work without connecting to a personal hotspot as the WiFi was terrible.

Nice Apartment

Clean apartment, conveniently located by the base of the Peninsula. Worked great for us for a long weekend. Amazing value. Host was responsive and allowed us to check in about an hour early. WiFi was a little spotty, that was the only downside.

Pro: very comfy bed and pillows. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils, appliances and linens. Easy check-in and check-out. Con: Air conditioner not working properly. Bathroom door needs fixing. Outdoor landscape needs a lot of work.

It’s nice and cozy but fair warning, if you are looking to use the WiFi I would bring a hotspot.

Close to downtown, space enough for two, very clean and fully stocked with whatever you need (just bring food).

Poor customer service

Room had not been fully cleaned. There was still food in the refrigerator. Lots of gnats in room. The worst was that our bathroom door did not fit in the opening. We contacted Riley, a maintenance man came and confirmed the door did not fit and we don’t see anything was done. There was a 1/4 inch gap which you had to hold with your knee, therefore no privacy for personal use. Riley kept apologizing for “the inconvenience” but did not respond when I asked if we could be moved to a new room. He then stopped responding to my emails on Friday and we left Sunday. Would not call me despite my request. We should be refunded our money. Will NEVER book with Mitten property mgmt and encourage others to avoid this business.

Wonderful and relaxing

Everything was great! Just wanted to let someone know that the bathroom door would not close, we are sure the humidity caused the door to expand. Other than that was perfect.
