Bedroom 3 also has full over full bunk beds to accommodate up to 10. You will be delighted by the rooftop oasis- perfect day or night to relax in the sun or shade from the pergola. It features 4 swing chairs, lounge chairs, couch seating, a grill & dining table. Endless shells on the beach across the street.

Islas Del Mar is a Living Sanctuary with a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course clubhouse and the Crane restaurant. You will see beautiful birds all over the property. The lagoon is perfect to paddle board and two are provided at the property. The tidal pools are wonderful to explore and the shells on the beach are countless.

Your name will be left with the guard at the gate. Access to the home is via a door code. The garage may be used by the guest. If the opener is not returned there will be a $100 fee.

This is a private home with a private pool and fantastic roof top living space. All yours to enjoy!

Car is recommended as the home is 20 minutes from downtown Rocky Point.

Proper Wi-Fi and smart TVs are in the home. The water at Islas Del Mar has been filtered for drinking.

While children are allowed, this property may not be suited to families with toddlers or young children. There is no barrier between the back slider door of the house and the pool which is quite deep. The spiral stairs to the top deck have large gaps that a child could fall through. It is not the same safety standard as in the US.

There is ongoing construction of a new condominium development which may be noisy at times.

Well behaved pets are invited and a pet fee of $250 will be payable direct after booking.

Pool heat can be arranged with the owner for an additional fee.
