ABOUT OUR HOME:

The home is spacious and relaxing and will exceed your expectations.

The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals including KitchenAid appliances, convection oven and convection microwave, quartz counter tops and farm sink. It is an open, flowing floor plan so the family always feels together even while preparing meals.

The furnishings, mattresses and bedding are high quality and our home is comfortable, unpretentious and family friendly. If you like custom contemporary French Farm house design, you will love this home.

The entertainment room has full surround sound with a 4K 65” Sony entertainment system TV which can be viewed from the kitchen and family area. Each bedroom has high definition wall mounted TV's with independent viewing options with over 250 channels and a whole home DVR and 4K/BluRay DVD players. 5 TV's in total.

The luxury spa master bath with Jacuzzi tub for two is also the perfect place to escape and relax for a bit of some quiet time.

ABOUT THE AREA:

You'll be 5 minutes from I-4 and ChampionsGate Golf Course & Resort by car.

You'll be exactly one hour from the Gulf of Mexico's fabulous beaches of Tampa & St. Petersburg, and one hour from the infamous Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center. 8 miles (15 min) to Disney World or 18 miles (25 min) to Universal Studios (actual drive time depends on traffic conditions).

There are over 30 world class golf courses within a 15 minute drive in any direction and over 200 restaurants within 5-15 minutes in numerous directions, and the list goes on and on.

If you have ever been to The Fort Wilderness Resort on Disney property and loved that nature feeling, you will be thrilled with this unique setting. This property has continually been improved and refined for vacationing over the years and our guests come and don't want to leave.

Whole home and property access.

The Master Bedroom has a California King Bed (6 inches longer than a conventional king mattress). Two bedrooms have Queen beds.
The 4th bedroom is pirate themed. It has a bunk bed with a full size and twin mattress which sleeps 3 children.

The home can sleep up to 13 as there are 2 sofas with pull out queen sleepers best used for small children. The home is not intended for 13 adults.
Other things to note
There is a fire pit, precut wood, seating and sticks available for marshmallow roasts and storytelling in the backyard under the stars. Check with Angie the caretaker to see if we are under a fire ban prior to lighting a fire (possible if it’s not rained a lot in the hot summer).
