We loved the place!! Location was really good to local food and beach! I was dissapointed with all the construction in the building that we did not know about. They had closed the elevators down at one point and they told us to use the stairs, well the stairs were blocked off.

it is just like the picture! Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach towels, cooler, chairs and the pool was great. The host was great and we can't wait to come back!

Very great communication with the host. She responded very quickly. The house was perfect and the location was great. The ocean in front of the house was perfect and there was barely ever anyone at the pool. My kids loved having their own room.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Location is amazing. Right on the beach; you can rent chairs (5 per day) and umbrellas (10 per day). Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Beds are firm and comfortable. Patio is great for eating all your meals and listening to the ocean. Basketball court in good condition. Pool is big, but not heated (ocean is warmer than the pool!) Pool has a nice shallow kids area and chairs. Rooms and condo were spacious!

The rental was perfect for our family of 6 and the location was ideal and literally right on the beach. I would recommend this rental and I will definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's Condo! It is super close to the beach and had a lot of available beach accessories for you to use (beach chairs, umbrella, lots of towels!). The place was tidy as well.

Great Stay

5 day stay was awesome great location near the beach, plenty of space in the apartment. All the essentials we needed including beach chairs. Umbrella and cooler. Would recommend

This is a great location. Relatively close to everything and anything. Clean and comfy perfect for my husband and I and his parents. Shampoo was posted to be available along with towels which I assumed meant washcloths as well. We had 8 towels including beach towels for the 4 of us which we made due. We also just bought shampoo and wash clothes. Other than that, very nice place to stay. Host was very good to work with as well. We had a great time.

Amazing experience!

My family and I loved staying here. We enjoyed waking up to a beach view, and the accessibility to pharmacies, restaurants and other stores. The unit was impeccable, big, comfortable, and just so nice! Communicating with our host was pleasant as she was always very responsive, even when I needed a quick response. Will save this unit to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Place

Our stay in this condo on the Isle of Verde was close to the airport, San Juan and Old San Juan. The beach, pool, picnic area, and payground were right outside of our door. The view of the beach and water was absolutely beautiful. We rented a car to bop around in but truthfully we didn't really need one as most of what we did was within walking distance.. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect getaway!

Perfect place at a perfect location! Loved that it was right on the beach and that it was a gated community from general public. Perfect space for our 5 guests and was infant/toddler friendly. Had all supplies needed for our beach day! Only downside is that there was no WiFi in one of the guests room.

Beautiful Condo steps from the Beach

This was a spacious condo with three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms that worked perfectly for our family of 5. Only one flight of stairs to the condo which made getting in and out to the beach easy and quick. The two beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided were a huge help at the beach. The ocean here is literally turquoise and gorgeous!

Amazing place to stay

Amazing beach view with easy access. Maria has a lot of beach amenities freely available for guests which was very helpful such as beach umbrellas, beach towels, portable chairs, paddle board, outdoor sports equipment, etc. Only minor inconvenience was AC condensation if we changed the temperature

Amazing location...

This property was perfect for our group, right on the beach and also has a beautiful pool as well. The beach is nice and long for nice walks. We also were very close to nice restaurants and Old San Juan. We did have a rental car to get around. There was a Walgreens right across the street to pick up items too. The balcony was our favourite spot to be. It had room for 5 of us to sit out and have our meals. The AC is on the balcony and very loud and warm, we just shut it off when we were outside and the fans in the condo kept it cool. Maria was very helpful and always answered any questions immediately. It is a gated community and may take you a couple tries to figure out which doors are yours when coming from the beach as one set is for the East building. We also BBQ'd a couple of nights, they cleaned the pits everyday so they were always clean when we went to use them and there were 3 so we never had an issue getting one when we wanted to cook. We will definitely visit this property again when in San Juan.

We enjoyed our stay and the beach view was gorgeous. Convenient second floor location for easy to / from beach and outings. Many local restaurants and bars were close by. The front desk and lobby are currently under construction and the improvements look great and didn’t impact our stay. The condo is an end unit with lots of outdoor light and a fabulous little patio. The kitchen and general amenities need huge improvements. Although the host was responsive, we didn’t have enough bath towels and washcloths are not provided, which is weird, the two twin beds did not have the top flat sheets, and we had to buy toilet paper and trash bags. The kitchen had very limited amenties. Only 4 forks, no carafe for the coffee pot, can't make coffee without that, very few bowls and pans. The condo could use a deep clean too as there is noticeable dirt throughout. However, beach towels and a cooler bag are provided which are very convenient for the beach and pool. Overall I would rate an 8 out of 10.

Our stay was great. The room had tiny bugs everywhere and the tvs did not work. The lobby was under construction so it was very loud, and the elevators worked about half the time (not the owners fault obviously). The host was nice to work with and the room was in good condition and great for our family.

Maria was very accommodating and helpful. The property was exactly as described. Loved being directly on the beach where we could just walk to a restaurant and enjoy the view. As well as the easy access to all the bars and restaurants write outside the property. We would definitely stay there again. We ran out of arms while leaving, so left a few bottles in the kitchen on our way out, but cleaned everything else. Hopefully that wasn't an issue. Thank you again, Maria..
