Villa Rozafa Very comfortable plenty of space walking distance from restaurants bar and also beautiful and gorgeous white sand Anna Marie beach. Our home will give you open concept, living room area and a big window that allows the amazing natural light to shine through the main living room area, which provides, standard sofa, loveseat, and a couch and a large flat screen TV. The same space offers a table seated for six where you can enjoy the views of the luscious backyard. The kitchen has plenty countertop, space, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous stone countertops. you will be supplied with an gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and kitchen ware for the days you would love a home cooked meal. The bar is equipped with four barstools to have a quick bite to eat. The first floor has a master suite with king bed, and plenty of storage space. It also has a smart TV to enjoy your favorite programs while allowing yourself to a comfortable restful sleep. There is also a full bathroom located in the first floor. Second floor provides two bedrooms and a bath. The first bedroom has two queen beds with smart TV and closet space. The second bedroom has two full beds with smart TV and closet space. Also, the second floor bathroom is located upstairs. There is also plenty of parking space up to five vehicles in the driveway.

Perfect place to stay

Location was perfect. Just å short stroll to the beach and cozy restaurants/cafes. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and was spacious for 7 people. The house can easily fit 11-12 people.We met the owner also, and he was helpful and polite. We highly recommend this place if you want a perfect stay on AMI!

Vacation Central Hub

Inside was nice. All appliances are brand new. Kitchen was very nice with new appliances. Location was central to AMI; beaches, restaurants and activities. We rented a golf cart which was parked in the large circle drive.

Perfect location and clean!

Exceded expectations. Quiet street in the perfect location walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets just a short walk away.

Beautiful and convenient villa

Villa was just as described on the listing. Easy check in and check out process. Walking distance to beach and the Main Street. We truly enjoyed our time. The house had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Piece of Property...Great Location

This little gem was perfect for us this weekend. The location is excellent and the property is beautiful. There were a few things that we all complained about. The owner must have access to the air conditioner temperature. We could not lower the temp below 73 degrees so sleeping was very sweaty and uncomfortable. This morning when we got up to leave, the temperature was set to 78 degrees. The temperature was very uncomfortable. There are no wash clothes in the home, so bring your own. There also are no lights on the patio so you will not be able to use the patio area when it is dark out. The owner only communicated the check in process about 20 minutes before 4pm. We were getting really nervous that we had potentially been scammed. But...It all worked out with the check in process. We just wished the communication was a little better. Other than that, the home is beautiful and clean. (And, you can't beat the location)

Thank you for the review Washcloths were in the closet on the first floor between the bathroom and master bedroom. Patio has plenty of light. You just have to turn on the switch that is located in the kitchen next to the patio door. Temperature is set at 73° 78. It’s recommended temperature in Florida. You could’ve requested for the unlock code for the thermostat and yes, we could’ve accommodated you with the code to lower the temperature at you desire Check in time it is on or before 4 PM. And yes you get an auto text as you did before the check in time. Respectfully Fabjan

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY

This property is listed to sleep 10 people; however, the owner only allows you to book for 2. We had 8 people staying. The owner watched us and harassed us throughout the entire stay. He threatened to call the cops at 12am our first night and kick us out if we didn’t pay an additional hundreds of dollars. He counts every person that steps into the house as a “guest” even though they were not staying. He has access to the thermostat and would crank the air up every night to 80 degrees while we would only set it to 73 (which is not too much to ask while everyone is sleeping). Complete scam artist. Luckily we are locals to AMI and could stay at our homes. We will be taking this to the chamber of commerce of Anna Maria Island. People like him should not taint this area. He is a scam artist due to limiting the amount of people that can stay (2 people) then jacking up the price while threatening to kick you out. If we checked in at 4pm, why did the owner call us at 12am. When he called he had other people on the line and did not disclose that until the end of the conversation. If you choose to book this location after reading this review I wish you the best of luck but I hope you know what you are getting yourself into.
