All three bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and ample clothing storage to make extended stays easy and relaxing.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking essentials, allowing guests to prepare meals at home. A dining area offers space for shared meals and gatherings.

Outside, guests can enjoy the backyard and outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring New Haven or visiting nearby universities.

Additional conveniences include air conditioning, washer and dryer, iron, and modern safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
1. **No Parties Allowed:** We maintain a serene environment, and as such, parties are strictly prohibited within the premises.

2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. **Immediate Departure for Violations:** In the event of any policy violations, immediate departure will be enforced. Additionally, a $200 penalty will apply to cover associated costs.

4. **Towels for Personal Use Only:** Please refrain from using towels for makeup removal.
