142 Colonnade is a beautifully renovated, 2nd level flat with an open-concept floor plan and great balcony space for outdoor relaxation!

The spacious living area features a sectional sofa, Smart TV and access to the private balcony overlooking the natural landscape. Just beyond the living area is the dining table with seating for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet space.

The large main bedroom has a king bed, TV and a private bathroom. This remodeled en-suite has a large vanity area and a tiled tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds, a TV and shares access with a hall bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Explore an array of Colonnade Club rentals on Hilton Head - a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
