Historic charm and modern amenities. Private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a Queen size bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. WiFi. Smart TV. Steps from one of Cleveland's trendiest neighborhoods, shopping on West 25th. Very walkable! Short ride to Edgewater Beach, Downtown, theater district, sport venues and major hospitals. Great for traveling nurses, temporary insurance claims housing, or corporate rentals!
The space
One-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a multi-family with a full kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker).
Note: This is the first floor unit of a multi-family with its own private entrance from the side of the house and separate HVAC. Noise may travel between floors, so please be respectful of other guests and keep the noise down. You will most likely not be the only guest in the house so please be aware of that before booking. Since there are multiple units in this building, there is always potential for noise. If you are sensitive to that, please do not book this space.
*Please ensure that the proper guest count is included when making your reservation. Guests not included on the reservation are prohibited unless approved by the host!*
**Be aware that there is a camera monitoring the entrance of the property and ensuring only registered guests are in the unit.**
***Early check-in/late check-out (1 hour before/after) will be an additional $50 and must be approved by the host prior to check-in***
****Guests who are not respectful of the quiet hours with loud and obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave without refund. Parties nor large gatherings are ABSOLUTELY not allowed. If you are trying to have a party, the cops will be called. We respect our neighbors and the guests in the other unit and do not want to bother them.****

The bathroom to the unit is in the basement. So stairs will have to be regularly navigated. If this is an issue, we recommend that you find a place that better fits your needs!
