This beautiful ocean front luxury home will provide the perfect vacation. Located less than a block from the beach, this unit has breathtaking views of the ocean. There are 2 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, a large living space and two outdoor decks. The bedrooms are located on second level. The master ensuite has a Cal King bed, walk-in closet. and flat screen TV with digital cable service. The large balcony leading from the master bedroom has a cozy seating area. The second bedroom has a bunk-bed setup (top bunk is a double, bottom bunk is a King), flat screen TV with digital cable, clothes closet and ensuite bathroom. Primary living areas are on the third level. The living room has a king sleeper sofa. This property has 2 large balconies and a spacious roof-top deck which gives you beautiful panoramic views of Pismo State Beach, the Pacific Ocean, and the coastal hillsides. The main deck off of the kitchen/dining area has a propane (supplied) Barbeque, wicker furniture appointed with cushions, throw pillows, and a coffee table. The living area is an open concept dream located on the 3rd floor of the condo to take advantage of the great views, and showcases a King-size sofa bed. The light and airy, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and granite counter tops allows you to entertain in style. The roof-top deck has a 6-person outdoor dining table where you can enjoy sunset dinners or just sit, relax and enjoy the amazing ocean views. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (included), Washer & Dryer, and 2 Car Attached Garage. This property is not equipped with air conditioning.

Walking distance around town, Uber and cab service available. There is a bus station at the 5 Cities Premium Outlets approximately 1/2 mile away.

LATE CHECK OUT~ If you request a late check out and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will. However, there will be a late check out fee of $150 imposed. We need a 24 hour notice and the fee needs to be paid at that time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, rescheduling them can be difficult and costly. If they are on a tight schedule, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
