Expertly Designed Lake Erie Escape W/ Hot Tub

Welcome to our charming home in a fantastic location! Situated less than a mile from the beautiful Lake Erie beaches and vibrant downtown Lorain, our Cozy Hideaway is the perfect place for groups of up to 8. Recently renovated and professionally designed, our home ensures a great stay with all the modern comforts you need. The backyard boasts a relaxing hot tub and is fully fenced in, making it ideal for families or groups with pets.

Inside, the large living room features a sectional couch and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all essentials, including a coffee bar that doubles as a small dining table when the leaf is open. Additionally, a sunroom off the kitchen boasts an overhead fan, screened windows, and a large dining table for up to 8.

Our home includes three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the first floor, one bedroom has a full trundle bed with a twin bed underneath, while the other has a comfortable queen bed. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also on this floor. Upstairs, you`ll find a luxurious king bed, along with a desk and chair for added convenience.

The basement offers additional space with a full pull-out couch and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This area also includes a large dining room for up to 8 and offers gaming options with an old-school Nintendo 64 and a Mortal Kombat arcade game.

Enjoy the convenience of being a short drive to the lake and nearby shops and restaurants. We can`t wait to host you in our cozy and welcoming home. Book now for a comfortable and convenient stay with all the amenities you could need.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice


📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

Property very well kept. Sitting on the porch was best option for eating breakfast. Only down side was the dryer wasn’t working and were stuck with wet clothes. Host said they would try and get a repair person there but gave up after 1 day and said they would reimburse us for the laundry mat that was a few miles away.

The house itself is lovely, comfortable,clean, freshly painted and plenty of beds,linens and kitchen equipment. No table at all upstairs makes it challenging to eat as a family. Backyard is not a “garden” but rather a fenced in grassy plot with overgrown strip of where flowers & plants once were. We really appreciated that we could bring our dog but if he was a small dog, he would have been able to slip under the fence as it didn’t go to the ground in spots. The neighborhood is not what we expectedat all- one house away from train tracks and next door to low income housing and run down old shopping strips. Not an area we felt safe walking at night, many police cars stopping on next street each night. Perhaps this is an upcoming area waiting to be gentrified-area didn’t match house. However the beach park down the street was very nice for sunsets.

The house was charming and you can tell the owner/host has put in a lot of work. The beds were comfie. The kitchen was well stocked and it was great to have use of the garage. However, the hot tub was dirty when we arrived. The upstairs bedroom does not have AC (no cool air came through the vent). The alarm was absolutely needed in the house, and it was a bummer when we had to turn it off on our second night because it was chirping at 3 am due to a low battery. There is prior reference to the train tracks. They are a block away the trains all blare their horns by the house. This was definitely not a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. We left early with zero regrets.

Beyond expectations!

This house was very well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the extra details, like laundry detergent, shampoo, soaps, lots of spices, ice in the fridge. My kids really enjoyed the game room! And the communication was wonderful!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautifully remodeled and decorated. The host was very welcoming and attentive especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out with the automatic lock. They have an awesome alarm system. The home was very clean and comfortable. The location from the beach is around 5 minutes away. The hot tub was nice as well. The home is located right by a train track so if you are a light sleeper this may bother you. Overall we had a good stay.

Weekend trip to Cleveland

The property is very clean and nicely maintained. The furnishings are tasteful and the beds are comfortable. The property is about 150 yards from railroad tracks, so there was some occasional noise. Otherwise, the neighborhood was fjne.

Comfortable and Convenient

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and the location was convenient for visiting the Lorain lighthouse, Vermillion, parks, and restaurants. The host was responsive too.

Like new, CLEAN house in minutes of Lake Erie

The interior of the house is like new and very clean and well stocked. My kids loved the video games and hot tub while I appreciated the coffee bar, comfortable beds and the ability to cook meals for my family. Descent neighbor within minutes of local parks with beautiful views, trails, etc.
