As you enter the home, you are immersed into a deluxe space that feels like a glamorous resort. The 1st level is the perfect entertainment space with a comfortable living room with TV, games and wet bar with wine chiller. Access the patio and pool from the sliding glass doors where you can enjoy the ocean breezes. You can swim up to your drink at the swim up table or decompress in the spa that waterfalls into the pool. You can quickly access the beach from the private boardwalk to walk in the waves.

Back inside on the first floor is a Full Bathroom with Shower that can also be accessed from the Patio. The 1st Floor Bedroom hosts a Lounge Bed, TV and sliding glass doors out to the patio. A washer and dryer are also located on this floor.

You may take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor, which opens up with high ceilings and an expansive open-concept living, dining and kitchen, decorated to be bright and rejuvenating. Create an amazing ambiance with the fireplace roaring, your favorite movie, and the colorful evening sky over the ocean while you unwind from the day. Smell the coffee brewing from the kitchen and effortlessly carry it to the balcony while you watch the sunrise every morning. The kitchen is ready for you to make your favorite dishes during your stay. Make mealtime memorable by gathering the whole family around the dining table with incredible ocean views. A Half Bathroom is connivingly located by the living room as well as a Laundry Room.

Down the hall on the 2nd floor are 2 more bedrooms both with private bathrooms. One of these bedrooms showcases a King bed, TV, a private balcony and ensuite with shower. In the other bedroom, you will find 2 sets of Bunk Beds (4 Twins Total), a TV, and a private bathroom with shower.

Ascend the staircase or the elevator to the 3rd floor showcasing three more incredible bedrooms. The Master King Suite draws you in with breathtaking views of the beach. Watch TV from the plush King bed or fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing. Wake up each morning and view the sun rising over the ocean from your massive private balcony. Decompress from a day at the beach in the ensuite’s soaking tub or walk-in shower.

The other bedrooms on the 3rd level are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower. One bedroom is a relaxing space with a King Bed and TV. The other bedroom showcases a plush Queen bed and TV.

This home has Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella & Beach Wagon to enjoy! It also has a Pack-n-Play for little ones.
