About our beaches
If you have ever been to the Cape before, you know that Dennis is a beacher’s paradise. We have been spoiled with white sands and clear waters on Cape Cod Bay and you are just minutes of a drive away from them at Sunshine on Main or hop on our two available beach cruisers for a quick bike ride! Whether you choose to hit up Corporation, Mayflower, Bayside, Harbor View or Cold Storage Beach, you will be in awe of the beauty and relaxation that the ocean will provide you.

About our space
Located right on Rte 6A, one of the most scenic routes in all of New England, this sought-after area will be just the place for an authentic Cape Cod getaway! Turn into the quiet and charming neighborhood that abuts the property into your private driveway and entrance. Enjoy this fully renovated 2 bedroom, one bath property, equipped with two sitting areas, kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need: refrigerator, a Wolf countertop oven, 2 induction burners, coffeemaker and more! Please note, there is no standard oven, microwave or dishwasher but there is a brand new Weber grill outside. Eat outside under the beautiful terrace or cozy up next to the fire pit to enjoy the spacious and fenced-in backyard, perfect for grilling, bird watching, gazing at the stars or letting your kids play!

No detail has been overlooked in preparing for your stay...enjoy the use of our beach chairs/towels, coolers, gas grill, private outdoor seating and dining options, bed and bath linens, AC, baby gear if needed, smart TV, WiFi, books, games, and ''insider'' area information!


About our Village
There is no better location than this centrally located, quintessential area of Cape Cod. The Dennis Village community is vibrant and full of everything you need to fill your days with memories. Wake up and walk to get coffee and donuts at the Village donut shop. Take your kids to play at the Dennis village playground and then head over and get some delicious ice cream at Cape Cod Creamery or for penny candy at Nancy’s Candy. Have dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Encore Bistro and Bar and then take in a show or a movie at the Cape Cinema right next door. If you’re up for more, head over to the Harvest Gallery and Bar for a glass of wine, live music and to take in some local art. Do you need sandwiches for the beach? Look no further than the Dennis Public Market or the Mercantile Deli for mouth watering sandwiches. Dennis Public Market (DPM, as the locals call it!) is also a great stop for last minute groceries and their famous marinated steak tips! Feel like shopping? Surge Boutique, Elburne, Scout Vintage, Littlenecks and Gatherings at Home are just a few to mention. Need more places to eat?
