This located was great for our first time on the cape. Close to many things, but still quiet enough for relaxing evenings and mornings.

Great location and adorable place

What a great spot and the condo was so clean and had everything we needed. The host checked in and made sure we had everything and gave us recommendations for good spots to check out. So close to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend renting this little gem!

This place was so relaxing. It is tucked away and quiet. The fireplace was amazing. High quality linens and a full size kitchen. It was a dream. We loved it and very clean! kitchen.

Very comfortable, nicely furnished, clean one bedroom unit. Very quiet. There was a lovely pool on sight although we did not have a chance to use it.

The Space

The condo was beautiful, brand new and everything they shared was exactly right. The bed was amazingly comfortable, there were towels and linens with a huge shower and brand new kitchen appliances. Perfect for a couple getaway. Excellent!

Great spot!

Great 1 bedroom spot in the Cape. Close to the beaches which we wanted to spend the most time at. We forgot how busy the beaches get early in the am but with lots of other options in the area we were able to set up shop. Space comes well equipped and having laundry on site is a huge plus when travelling with little ones. A couple restaurant options close by, most being situated closer to Hyannis which is a quick drive away. Maria was a great host, very communicative and helpful with the booking process. Highly recommend this property to others!

Good location and very comfortable for a couple

Nice new interior. Small but very comfortable for a couple. Well thought out amenities. Very Clean. Everything in good working order. Hosts were exceptionally responsive. Location is good for access to the Dennis area. This is a nicely renovated unit in an old motel. Well back from 6A. No outdoor green space. Pool is across from parking area. There is occasionally some street noise but not a problem. Not specific to this unit: We had no Verizon phone service almost anywhere in Dennis or Brewster. Service was significantly better on the ocean side of the Cape,

Perfect stay in Dennis!

Property was just what we needed for our stay in Dennis! We really appreciated the special directions and notes we received before arriving. It was the perfect space for us and our baby. The home was spotless. The living room was so large to set up our baby gear and the large living room rug was a perfect spot for play time. Having a full size fridge and all the kitchen supplies came in so handy. The door code system was super easy to use to get in and out. We had more than enough of everything: toilet paper, towels, trash bags, soap… it was nice to never run out of things. The bath towels were nice and soft instead of thin and cheap like a lot of places have. The location was very quiet and felt safe. Communication with the host was exceptional. Really pleased with everything and we will definitely return!

Poor location and no outside space.

While the apartment was clean and simple, and looked similar to the photos, it neglected to say that it was part of a block that looked like a motel. Out the front was a car park / parking lot while there was a busy road in the back. There was no reasonable outside space to sit in so we were confined indoors when there and ended up going out to parks or the coast just to sit outside. VRBO messaging went offline the day before which meant we were unable to read any attachments to the messages we were receiving from the owner. Getting them more that 24 hours in advance would have helped in terms of actually finding the place.

So fresh and NEW! PERFECT!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in Dennis Village. Despite being close to the neighbors, it didn't bother us at all. From the moment we stepped in, we were taken aback by how new and refreshing everything felt. The furniture and layout were beautifully done, making the space feel both spacious and welcoming. It was easy to move in quickly and unpack. The location was perfect, offering easy access to coffee shops, ice cream stores, and our favorite beach, Mayflower Beach, which is just about 10 to 15 minutes away. Our experience at the beach was unbelievable. During our stay, the property management had to change one of the door alarms. They were kind, courteous, and very accommodating to our schedule, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were incredibly sweet. The condo was well-equipped with extra towels, laundry soap, soft blankets, and pillows. The variety of TV shows required logging in, but that was a minor thing. The communication, check-in process, and cleanliness of the property were all exemplary. Although we didn't use the pool because we preferred going to the beach every day, it was a nice amenity to have. The neighbors were also very kind and sweet. I stayed here for my husband's 40th birthday, and it made the occasion truly special. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

I was born and raised in New Jersey and lived in Florida for many years. My family and I moved to New England during the pandemic. I enjoy reading, cooking, exploring classic New England towns and getting to Cape Cod as much as possible.

We chose to buy in this neighborhood because the units are set back from the road and yet we are extremely close to the beach. We loved the idea of spending time at Mayflower or Corporation and then relaxing by the community pool just steps from our condo. We also liked the many restaurants and food options just a stone’s throw from our place.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I think what makes our place stand out is that it’s completely renovated. Everything is new and we have thought to include as many amenities as possible without detracting from that feeling of calm that our space exudes. Our place is just the right size and the design and layout make for a spacious one bedroom condo that allows for full size appliances in the kitchen, a beautiful and functional wall mounted fireplace, a large bath with walk in shower and stackable large washer and dryer in the unit.
