Our adorable ranch sits on a corner lot with large privacy bushes. We have lots of indoor and outdoor games - quiet neighborhood for kids to play and ride bikes. There is a spacious deck with a picnic table and grill. Renovated kitchen, central air, washer & dryer and wireless internet.
*Please note, we do not provide sheets or towels at this home.

Great Family Spot

We came for a weekend trip to the Cape and this house did not disappoint. The house is fully stocked and one of the cleanest vrbo’s I’ve ever stayed in. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at the cape cod house for 4 nights. The house was very charming and clean inside. The kitchen was spacious and has a coffee maker, electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with plenty of space. The bedroom was nice and had closet space for clothes and pillows provided. Outside deck and table were nice for having lunch.

Golf trip

Great location for a golf weekend with friends. Good sleeping space for 4 adults, great deck to enjoy the weather, and plenty of space to enjoy and relax.

This property was perfect for our Cape Cod vacation! The owners were communicative and made our last minute booking a breeze. The house was well maintained and had all the charm you’d expect from a Cape Cod rental. The proximity to family friendly beaches and dining options was a huge plus. Great home base for a Cape visit!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood, but still within a 10 minute drive of the north side Dennis beaches and 15 minutes to the south side beaches. Tons of toys and kids games to be entertained around the house. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. The A/C is a nice plus to cool off after a long day at the beach. The owner was very responsive to the few questions I had before and during our stay.

Cape Cod Getaway

We had such a lovely time at this adorable home! We especially enjoyed the number of outdoor games available and had a great time grilling and making smore's at the fire pit. Would highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, close to restaurants and beaches. They don’t supply sheets for beds, which is inconvenient and would not be that hard to do.

what a perfect property. EXTREMELY clean, everything you need to enjoy the house, the outdoor shower was refreshing on a cool night, very simple house for a place to rest your head while you enjoy the cape. Owners were very responsive to pre-arrival inquiries, check in was easy and all information was accurate as depicted. Excellent value for the area.

Great Location

The house was as pictured/described in the listing. Great location just a short drive to all Dennis beaches. Central AC was amazing and kept us quite comfortable. Outdoor space was also plentiful. The house had everything we needed and I would definitely stay again.

Nice Cape Retreat

We chose the property because of its closeness to family in the area. It is located in a really nice and quiet neighborhood with easy access to Dennis locations. Our family really enjoyed grilling on the deck and our kids loved the outdoor game shed. Also a plus was the central AC. Overall a nice relaxing place to stay.

Hidden Gem

We stayed at this property for weekend and it was perfect. The house itself is so welcoming and has a great yard as well. The house had everything you can ask for and offered extras not all properties do. It was great for a quick get away weekend but also great for a week long stay with kids. The owner is very responsive and really accomodating!

Perfect for a Small Family

My wife and I stayed for a week with two small children. It was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, and the central air made a real difference during some muggy days. Kids enjoyed the board games, and the kitchen is good-sized given the overall size of the house. I would definitely recommend it.
