This is a great house for a large group. There are so many living spaces that everyone has privacy and yet there are gathering spaces where everyone can meet. I would highly recommend.

One of the better places we've stayed at using VRBO. Would stay in this one again. There were some miner issues but it didn't detract too much at all. Nice views from the front of the property. Plenty of room to park. Several coffee stations and lounging areas. The property could certainly handle several families. NOTE: A couple bathrooms didn't have exhaust fans or windows that would open so be sure to notice before you pick yours! It says there's a Ping Pong table so we brought our equipment--it was the size of an end table so it was useless. I'm sure you'll still enjoy your stay as we did.

Margery, Thank you for your feedback and for being our valued guests but I'm just curious where we went wrong on providing you with a 5 star stay? We offered you a complimentary early arrival as well as a late check out. We responded to your inquiries within 30 minutes or less and outside of that there seemed to be no other issues so I'm just a little confused as to why we received a 4 star rating? Feel free to DM me and above all else we appreciate you being our valued guests.

We have stayed at many VRBO homes and this was by far the best among them all. Communication with the property manager was excellent- he always responded within the hour. The house is beautiful, all amenities are well cared for and up to date. Very family friendly! Would definitely recommend!!!

Had a great experience with lots of our descendants. We spent two nights here, but never left the house because there was plenty to keep us entertained and lots of space for group interaction. The house is very well stocked with linens, supplies of all types, and pretty much anything we could have wanted. We were very happy with the property and the communication we received.

Very large modern home with comfortable beds and furniture. It was clean. Plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. The elevator was convenient to bring coolers to the top floor fridges. The water pressure could have been better on showers, but still sufficient, and had plenty of hot water. The host was friendly and communicated well.

Property was perfect for our girls’ trip. We enjoyed every moment in Sedona. House was extremely large and spacious and the beds were comfortable. We took advantage of the back yard one day and played games around the table and tried out the ping pong table and corn hole. Kitchen was well stocked. The deck was under construction in the front but we did not miss that at all. Fast messaging from rental company each time I had a question.

Great location, clean and well equiped with extra toilet paper, kitchen tools etc...The only complaint was that we could not use the front deck which was where the best view of Sedona was.

A great place for a large group

The property was a perfect place for our large group. Ample amount of beds and rooms. Almost every couch was a pullout sofa bed which was great in case we needed. The host accommodated our request for early check in and was so helpful getting an item left after checkout returned to us. Definitely recommend this house for your stay in Sedona!!

Everyone was amazed at how beautiful and large the property was. There were so many things available for the kids and adults to enjoy. The game room, hot tubs, grill and, of course, the view was so perfect for them to have a perfect stay at this house.
